Had 3 classic burger #1 combos for lunch. Had take out, brought them home, only to find out we had to remove more than half of the lettuce on the burgers, as half of it was black and rotten. Fries tasted a bit on the old/stale side and soggy. Extremely disappointed.

My favourite Dairy Queen in the province. Always worth a stop when travelling up and down the highway. Great place for a rest on long drives, and snack or a treat.

Seems a bit silly to be reviewing a fast food chain, but between not having many restaurants in Cache Creek, and me wanting an ice cream cone, we settled in Dairy Queen.Everything tasted the same, which is a good thing about fast food chains, they’re consistent. Since I don’t go to Dairy Queen that often I’m not sure if the prices are slightly higher here than in the lower mainland, we ordered two salads, chicken fingers, onion rings and ice cream which came to $70+.The cashiers were nice, there was not a whole lot of exchange but they were accurate and speedy with our food. When we went there were barely any customers and we decided to opt for dine in. There were tables that weren’t cleaned but I didn’t expect too much coming from a fast food joint. Everywhere else in the restaurant looked clean.

DQ used to be a good little place to go to for a cheaper meal. This location will only be for ice cream treats for us from now on, if that. The interior of the building smells horrible. It was dirty. Very slow service. Our son had a burger that left him nauseous. Our onion rings were fried beyond fried. Ice cream sundaes were the only thing consistent

The lineup for the drive through was very long so I went inside. The cashier took my order, told it to the young lady running around making multiple orders, asked if I wanted my receipt, then threw it in the garbage after I said yes. Without another word she walked away and sat down just over from the till.After a while she walked over to the busy girl & asked if she wanted her to make my order, which she did. The cashier made it, walked to the counter, tipped it upside down, & placed it in front of me without a word. I said thanks and walked out.It was a good Blizzard at least, despite the wait.

Talk about ignorant and super rude staff.Google Dairy Queen Cache Creek. It says closed at 8pm but drive through open till 9pmI called and a girl on the phone was VERY VERY rude.The owner needs to re-train the staff. Without customers they don't have a paycheck.I will NEVER get food from there again.Hungry hurbies is still 100% the best and big on customer service.To the staff at Dairy Queen, go back on welfare. There are many people who would love a job and know what customer service means.To customers, beware....Calling a restaurant to ask a polie question and having your head snapped off, is not the way to go.

Worst blizzards ever..I don't know if the ice cream was bad but we threw them away...we love blizzards usually...we were traveling to vernon so we could not complain...I think ice cream was sour cuz all 3 were un eatable

We went through the drive thru, and were warmly greeted and served by happy staff. Everyone was so helpful. It was a bit of a crazy day, but the food we ordered came perfect (as ordered) and hot. 10/10. Would def come here again!

Stopped to order food, my wife wanted a coffee with Her food. Food came quite quickly, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for the coffee to be brewed, staff was courteous and apologetic, but I finally left with a bag full of cold food and no coffee. We ate cold burgers and cold chicken strips on the road, good thing they also forgot the gravy on the under cooked fries, cold gravy would be gross.
