I was honored with the opportunity to support my daughter through her first pregnancy and birth. I didn't anticipate how nervous I was for her and Sarah supported both of us. She was encouraging and empowering. Offered a wealth of information and helped create a calm caring atmosphere during the birth. I highly recommend Sarah and find her service invaluable to women who want embrace their birth experience. Especially for first time Mama's!!

Having Sarah as our doula was the best choice we could have made for our first birth.At first I was nervous to have someone with us during such an intimate time as I wasn't sure what the dynamic would be like. But once I met Sarah I knew she was the right fit! She has such a calming and caring personality that made me feel safe and supported. She was there for us in so many ways and I honestly don't know how I would have got through it without her. She went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful to have had her by our side!

Hiring Sarah as my birth doula was the best decision! Her patient, attentive care made all the difference both prenatally and during birth. She lends an understanding, non-judgmental ear during pregnancy, and is the calm support every labouring woman needs. Sarah is knowledgeable and passionate about birth. I learned so much from resources she sourced for me based on the questions and concerns I had. She was able to anticipate all of my needs during birth, and her assistance made it possible for my husband to be by my side throughout it all. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Sarah's calm and comforting presence during my pregnancy and at my birth was such a gift. She was always there to listen without judgement when I talked about the concerns and challenges I was facing during my pregnancy. I wasn't sure I needed a doula for the birth of my third baby, but I am forever grateful she was there as my third proved to be my most challenging. She made it so that my partner did not need to leave my side. Sarah was always able to anticipate my needs: with a cool cloth, a sip of water, encouraging words or a massage when I needed it most. I felt so pampered and cared for during and after my birth. I am so happy I hired Sarah to be a part of my birth team as she was the exact support I needed to have a peaceful, loving, home birth.Thank-you Sarah!

I couldn't have gone through my pregnancy without her. She made everything easier and got me through it when my partner was away. I needed her in all the ways I never thought of for a pregnancy and birth. She helps so incredibly much. She keeps you positive and feel incredibly safe throughout the whole process. I would easily recommend her to anyone needing any kind of support like I did. I will definitely be trying to get here again for my next baby.
