Wonderful selection of healthy and delicious foods!! Great customer service at check-out.The sausages and quiche I bought were amazing... but I did find two small metal pieces? in the quiches!Please make sure your food preppers are looking out for this! (I work at a hospital and foreign bodies that can cause tears in your esophagus and intestines from things like this are not nice to deal with!) :s

Delicious and fresh food, but everything is obnoxiously expensive. Like, $4.50 for one single avocado? Come on. Don't go here for basics, but def go for finer groceries or pre-made take-home meals.

Summerhill Market is a beautiful neighborhood grocery store. Love the house brand salad dressings, the cakes and more. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.I placed a TooGoodToGo order for pickup today, Nov. 4th, 2022 and received a bag full of goodies! It's my Thursday TGTG order from here and I'm always pleased with the surprise bag. This time around it was just sweets but usually bread and a larger variety is included.I love swinging by the market when I'm in the neighborhood. I'll be sure to take more photos next time!

I am a fairly regular customer. To start, this is why things have been negative at Summerhill for the past few years:1) They no longer make their chocolate hazelnut filled chocolate chip cookie tarts. Those were smart treats to make (although $16 ish) yet they discontinued them in favour of...other stuff...2) They make dry cakes (a small sprinkled cake we bought for a birthday had both dry icing and a dry interior, and costed way too much to begin with).3) They no longer sell monster cookies.4) Some things you cannot justify having at such a high price, such as a small cupcake or a pack of cookies. I could make a bigger batch of quality cookies for less.5) Quality and portion size has gone down and prices continue to climb up. Ridiculous to see the prepared" meal trays with barely any meat protein in them have such a high price for something that is half starch/vegetables. It is so insulting. Pasta with a few chunks of meat? Be ready to pay over $20 for what they say is over 300g...6) Produce is OK at times but I don't buy it here

Great, convenient and local market where you can pick up some special items in almost every department. I have a fondness for the apple brioche loaf in their bakery. As a specialty grocer prices tend to be premium, not unlike Pusateri's, Whole Foods, Savours Gourmet or Nortown Foods. All have their own highlight products. Come in and get lost in a cosy neighbourhood store with a great garden centre and neighbouring shops to sample as well. Complimentary on-site parking available in Rosedale. Bring your own bags or have it delivered and shop online. 4 locations.

Great grocery store that has specialty food. The prepared section has a lot of choices. The store is small, so if you forget something across the store it is just a few quick steps back. They always have a great seasonal display outside of great outdoor decor.

Craving for Turkey dinner with cranberries sauce in the summer? they sell it!!!

To be fair, I am assuming people who lives in the neighbourhood are very worthy, so they can afford daily grocery here. Some of the basic items are insanely pricy, as a pack of 6 small avocado costs $5.99 where it’s only $2 - $3 at no frills/ metro. But they do carry some interesting organic item, lots of in house made snacks and a good range of to go packaged meals. Their fresh flowers’ price is also not too high, with also very friendly staffs, I will return when I’m rich. :)

Since then it has been nothing short of successful elevation after another, including branching out into several markets and high-end shops and stores throughout the GTA.Walk into the store and you're literally in another, quieter, yet busy world of people, produce, and importanty, local and canadian-made hard to find grocery items placed a around the store.I can speak to anyone from a cashier to a grocery clerk and have the same HIGHql quality interaction with smiles, suggestions, directions and experienced knowledge on a huge range of subjects associated with both shipping here and healthy living.They have a massive area of prepared food like no other.
