If you are black and don't speak French, stay back.Several female employees decided to refuse service to me after I had asked a customer to speak in French, to tell them that they gave me a wrong meal order. When I asked why they are refusing to replace the order and service, they did not give me any logical reason. I did not raise the tone of my voice. I simply had a customer interpretate French for me. If this is not racism, then what is?

We stopped by to grab a coffee for our way back to Montreal. My wife went in to order our coffee and smoothies for the kids. She came out saying how friendly and polite the young lady was at the cash register. Thank you.

There was a problem of communication at the drive-in, and I was not the only one. Someone in front had to come back, (out of his car, of course) and chat with the clerk". (As a reward she got one more item! ;).) In my case

Worst mcdonalds ever service is slow employees are rude and despite me going there once a week for the past 6 years they manage to defy the laws of probability and have not once gotten my order right
