My experience has been quite positive. Friendly customer service. Fast replies. Had to make a return (after I had already clipped off the sewn-in tags and ironed on a name label!) and they replied immediately and had no issue taking it back. Called yesterday to order new pants for my son and they were happy to help me figure out sizes and within a few hours I received notification they were shipped.

This company is awful...3 weeks to get 2 shirts. It's not like they get surprised every year as to how many kids need uniforms!! So unorganized. The people I spoke to were at least polite but you can tell 99% of their job is giving excuses and blaming the customer. Why don't schools give 2 options!!!!

I had taken an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The staff member helped me pick and choose clothes according to my family needs. The only downfall I noticed was all appointments after me were ignored as too many walk-ins were in the showroom.

Some of my son’s pant buttons fell out right on the first week of the school! All buttons on my daughter’s sweater fell out after a school year! The fabric wears out very quickly, and it looks worse than even a piece of cleaning cloth!Don’t schools know where to get quality uniforms?

Ok, but quality of the uniforms have degraded and are no longer as good as they used to be. I recently bought a shirt, and I noticed the fabric was thinner and they didn't even bother to put in the padding on the inside to protect the skin from rough parts of the fabric from the logos on the outside like clothing usually has. The fabric material also seems different. It now feels like wearing a washcloth around.

extremely disappointing. been using them through school for 11 years (unfortunately) and i’ve never once received an item from them on time, that i liked or that fit me right. their pants are a nightmare. always MONTHS late and i’ve never owned a pair that fit. 5 months ago i went to their try-on because i had ordered 3 different pairs of pants that had not fit and finally found a pair that were bearable. took 5 months to get them to my house… and they’re not the right size. wish i didn’t have to use them for school. the worst brand i’ve ever seen.

Good fitting service, they were able to accommodate us although we walked in which we appreciated.Overpriced though.

Very difficult to choose sizes. Their sizing guide is a total nightmare.The pants are very bad quality and the cut is horrendous seems made for a stick figure with no movements other than front and back.

Got my daughters uniforms and exchanges were efficient. The items on back order also arrived before school resumption

I order uniforms for my sons through this company. Both of my boys attend secondary school but I was having a difficult time as the trousers I had ordered for my youngest child went missing.I rang Top Marks and spoke to a friendly, professional lady and asked after these missing items. She checked the order, all was well. She checked the shipping department, all was well. Three phone calls later, I was ringing to apologise for wasting their time!Apparently, my 13 year old son had hidden both pairs of missing trousers and claimed they had not arrived to allow him to nit wear his scjool uniform. That child might not be in my will, but Top Marks will be for their profesdionalism and honesty!
