Very unprofessional and rude. Made mistakes to my uhaul reservation which resulted in me having to pay more. I spoke with the store owner (Mathnika) only for him to only send me a PARTIAL refund - when I tried to follow up on the rest of the refund as we discussed, he did not answer me or any of my communications. ALSO, I see reviews for 3 YEARS AGO have the same complaints regarding them adding uhaul insurance to your bill even if you selected that you didn’t want it!!! Clearly these people are money hungry. Avoid this convenience store.

Person on the phone was very rude and unprofessional ! Did not even answer the phone saying hello uhaul , just said “hello” . When I asked if they had a cargo van available I was told “ yes, if you want it then come get it” in a irritated tone of voice and then was hung up on. Who ever that was is a idiot and shouldn’t be working for uhaul.

Not well trained people

Very bad experience, they want to dig out more money from your pocket just like the scam.Be careful the gas level when you pick up. The truck might not have that much gas as shown on their documents. Better to take a picture before you drive away.Be careful all kinds of collision insurances or protection wavier whatever they call it. Those insurances might still on your bill even you didn't choose them when you make reservation online. When you realize it, it is too late, you might have already paid.The staff will tell you like, Next time you need tell me to take it off when you check in

Messed up app!

The service is very badThey don't follow your reservation.And a lot of mistakes, take hour to talk to the uhaul and fix all this mistakes.

The guy at the cashier is very slow.He is wasting our time :(
