Shyla is the only stylist I’ve trusted since my Gramma passed several years back. ID Salon is a great place to relax and chat. It’s so welcoming and such a different feel than a main stream salon. I wasn’t rushed, Shyla could take her time and walking out feeling like a million bucks along the water made it feel like I could do anything! lol Good times! Can’t wait until I need a trim! ❤️

Loved my visit to ID Salon. Really cool space, good vibe, friendly people, and had a great service with Shyla! I don’t get out to Fort Langley often so definitely give yourself extra time before or after your appt to enjoy the area too!

Always professional, admiral staff well trained. Willing to go the extra mile for your needs. Due lack of parking spots, not of their fault. Have been late and they've been understanding. As they also can be in that situation. Always leave with my needs met. Happy to see others compliment me on my style and ask where I go. Much thanks I D. Salon !

I love the vibe here, and there's a stylist for every type of need. I personally love Jenny. Her intuitive decisions about my hair based on *knowing me* as a person helps me trust her explicitly. While at the salon this last time she was helping to train a new staff member, explaining one her clients needed 2 towels for her neck for hair washing because of a previous neck injury. I mean, that level of detail is above and beyond and shows a level of care you can't get anywhere else. Thanks, Jenny! ❤️

As a new client my mom booked for my dad's memorial to find last minute they cancelled her due to illness but with lots of complaining they brought in a hairstylist and although there was not enough time to do as my mom wanted they did a style so she left a big tip and rebooked for what she wanted done to find they cancelled her again for illness but now they could only book her when it would be a huge snowstorm and would be too dangerous for an 80 year old. Very disappointing service. We get illness but 2 times in a row? And last minute? Not the salon for us. Customer service seemed to not care that this happened with an attitude of oh well too bad get over it we don't care we make lots of money with overcharging for what great clips can do.

I recently had a negative experience at ID Salon. It was my first time trying the salon. I was specific about how I wanted my hair trimmed. I wanted just a little off the length and to lightly blend the layers. What I left with was three inches off the length and very dated prominate layers. I am disappointed and when I kindly expressed this to the stylist she was dismissive and rude.

Jenny the new owner is wonderful! I was not 100% happy with my original hair cut, (not by her) and I was encouraged to call the owner to see if there was something that could be done. Jenny was so understanding and accommodating, she invited me back and offered to do whatever she could to make it right. She did exactly that, and on her day off yet! She was so lovely, said she was happy that I called, and she was able to do the little bit of blending that made a huge difference all while making me feel welcome and comfortable. The overall feel in the salon is great, the service was wonderful, and I’m so happy with my new look. Thank you Jenny!I wish her much success and encourage anyone in the area to visit ID Salon.
