I previously left a glowing review here but felt I should update this. Shortly after a service visit for my family's 5 bikes, I discovered a newly missing valve piece on one of our bikes, rendering one tire inoperable. I emailed twice to ask and never even recieved a response. I've had to have the tube entirely replaced to fix this. I understand that mistakes happen but I certainly expect a response and a willingness to take take responsibility for the error. Very disappointing indeed.

I got two bikes tuned up.My upcycled bike is a combination of old and new parts. One of my original bike parts broke and Ben spent 3 weeks looking for a replacement part. He even added some bike cable end caps that matched the color of my bike frame. It was a super nice touch!I highly recommend Squeaky Wheel :)

Highly recommend Ben and the service he provided. In an hour and a half, he made my 20 year old bike with a warped wheel, inoperable brakes and 3 of 25 working gears run like new. Price was great and the convenience of at home service can’t be beat.

Ben did a fantastic job fixing my bike. He explained me all the issues and what he did to resolve them. Overall he did a good job and I would definitely recommend him.

I made an appointment for a basic tune-up because I was having an issue with my brakes. It turned out to be a super easy fix so Benjamin didn't end up charging me - even though he had made the trip out to my house. Professional, honest service! I would highly recommend their services.

I had quite a bit of work done on my road bike - replace damaged shifter, disk brake pads, chain, tune up and a good cleaning. All done very professionally and at a good price. Extremely convenient to have service to the door. Highly recommended!BTW - after many thousands of kilometers, don't underestimate the value of a good clean, tune up and chain replacement - there was a noticeable difference.

My neighbour and I got four bikes tuned up. Very pleased with the service and the reasonable prices. Ben answered all my bike maintenance questions and gave me some good tips on how to clean the chain.

The owner was very professional and honest! I had scheduled an appointment for a level three tune up and when he got here he told me that the bike looked pretty good and all I would need is a level 1. That in my opinion is a sign of honest workmanship instead of overcharging me for things that weren’t necessary. He then proceeded to do the tune up and got my 15 year old bike working as if it was brand new. Honestly didn’t know my bike could ever be that smooth. Love the service and would recommend to anyone looking for a bike tune up or repair.
