The entire staff are warm and consummate professionals and they always seem to be adopting new techniques and the necessary equipment to get you taken care of quickly and painlessly. There's nothing I love more than a physician who is always trying to improve their knowledge base and practice. I've been a patient for nearly 20 years, my kids are also now patients and I can't recommend them enough! Dr. Yont is an absolute pleasure to deal with - she has taking care of colleagues in emergency situations and they quickly became clients as well. Dr Whitney has also helped me out on a couple of occasions and was phenomenal. I hate the dentist but I can't help but enjoy visiting this place!

This is my first dentistry in Canada and my experience was great.Absolutely all the staff of dentistry are friendly, kind and will not leave you unanswered. Special thanks for the attentive attitude, I have only positive impressions of my stay in this dentistry.

Lost a crown on the weekend and called Monday morning to make an appointment with Dr. Townsend. I got in same day. Thank you so much for all of your assistance. Personnel is friendly and knowledgable. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the office doesn’t do direct billing.

I can’t believe I waited years to have a previous filling fixed. It was quick, painless and an enjoyable experience, even at 7 am on a Friday morning. The original filling experience, from a different dentist, had been so bad that it had put me off going to the dentist as a young adult for years, until I went to Downtown Dental. Dr. Whitney and the staff make sure that every visit is as pleasant as it can be.

Best dental experience I've had in Calgary. Admin staff, hygienists, assistants, and dentists are super friendly and professional. Had my wisdom teeth removal here and everyone was very supportive and took good care of me.

Downtown Dental has very friendly and professional staff. Dr Whitney and Dr Yont are great and so you’ll certainly be in good hands in terms of your oral health. Hygienist Simona is very knowledgeable, and she treats gums very gently as they should be; she has genuine empathy and concern for her clients. They have the latest equipment, and their clinic is really neat and clean. I totally recommend Downtown Dental.

Great experience, and yes I was at the dentist. Tessa is a very skillful hygienist. Can’t say I’ve ever experienced such a low to no pain experience. Dr Whitney and Heather are professional and entertaining. I have no pain tonight after cleaning and fillings. Thank you!
