My experience of buying my daughter's and my new glasses was terrific. Brian is very professional and patient to give us a detailed explanation of the subtle differences among various lenses and frames. His ways of doing things was gentle and friendly, and of course made us feel relax and reliable. With his knowledge and communication style, we were very satisfied with our new, high qualified glasses, and for sure hope to see Brian again soon.

I have just been fitted with the best pair of glasses I've ever worn in the last 40 years. This is the second time I've purchased lenses and frames from Rx Eyewear: my previous pair were the best I had ever worn prior to today. Brian is meticulous with his professionalism and customer service, not only with his technical acumen but his advice on styling as well. Prices on lenses and frames are highly competitive. Will go back.

My experience at RX eyewear and with Brian was exceptional.I recently had some new glasses made with progressive lenses. Never in my life have I had such a thorough consultation regarding frame and lens choices. His consultation was very informed and very professional. By arranging an appointment he was able to concentrate on my needs, which I greatly appreciate.I just picked up my glasses and I could not be happier with the clarity and fit. I believe this to be a result of his careful fitting and recommendations.

My experience at RxEyeWear was excellent!I recently moved to Victoria and was planning on visiting my hometown at which time I was going to get new prescription lenses from my ‘old’ optometrist.Unfortunately my trip has been postponed indefinitely so I popped into RxEyeWear where I dealt with Brian.I have unusual Japanese frames and two other very good optometrists were unable to ‘fix’ my frames, until a third one in my former hometown did. I explained this to Brian and he examined my frames and in exacting detail explained why others had a problem with it and how he would have addressed the problem.Besides being extremely knowledgeable, Brian also took his time explaining the variety of issues and options available for new lenses.Finally, he’s also just an extremely kind and patient man.Excellent service!!

The service Brian provides was far above my expectations. Having made an appointment, I really appreciated the one-on-one service. There were no interruptions or distractions. I came with several questions and he was able to quickly answer which put me at ease.Brian took the time to explain the results of my eye exam, and what I can expect from a new pair of glasses which made my decision making easier.With a great selection of frames to choose, Brian really took the time to ensure the fit was perfect before ordering so I knew how comfortable they would feel. He is very conscientious and detailed to ensure they would be perfect.By the time he had walked me through my examination results, assistance in choosing a great frame, to the fit and quality lens choice, I felt very comfortable with the decision I made with confidence.I was pleasantly shocked at how well the new glasses performed. So much so, I ordered a pair specifically designed for computer use.

I had an interesting experience with Brian. Our first meeting was informative, professional and instilled confidence in his depth of knowledge. However, I was put off by his definitive self assurance and remoteness. I did order my glasses from another person whose warmth and kindness was more in keeping with my expectations of customer service. However, I returned to see Brian as he had assured me these glasses could be adjusted to fit me comfortably.I'm so glad I had another opportunity to experience his knowledge and care. He spent an extended length of time taking care to make repeated adjustments. While doing so we were able to exchange ideas and beliefs which gave us an opportunity to understand intent versus perceived communication. It is easy to see why he might come across as arrogant when in reality he holds himself to a high level of performance which requires time and patience. He also makes sure to provide useful guidance for lens hygiene. I'm so glad I was the recipient of his knowledge and skill.First impressions don't have to be lasting impressions!

I have bought my 3rd pair of glasses from Brian from RX Eyewear. He is fast, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I broke my glasses while on holiday, I called Brian he had them repaired and made sure they fit correctly. I like the fact it is by appointment only and I get one on one, uninterrupted service. I am a happy repeat customer and recommend him to all my friends.

They were so knowledgeable and passionate about eye health and explained my specific circumstances with clarity and offered suggestions to reduce eye strain and improve my eye health based on my activities and work type. I was so pleased with the level of professionalism and care I received here. Recommend!

Are you looking for high quality eye-wear and superior service at highly competitive prices? Then you have found just the right place. Brian is exceptional at his job. Not only is he give you one on one professional advice but he brings years of experience to a job that he so obviously loves. You might think he isn't warm and fuzzy, but don't judge too quickly for as you get to know him you will experience a gentleman who is passionate about putting your needs first. Brian takes all the time necessary to show you all available options in a neat package to assist you in making the just the right choice. You can walk into many a box store and purchase a run-of-the-mill glasses but you will only know what good glasses are when Brian completes his meticulously professional fitting. I am a reader and a pianist which require progressive lenses. Both activities are far more enjoyable now. I spent years struggling with cheap drug store readers, and when I don them now I can't believe how I managed given how amazing the written page looks to me after Brian's fitting. So as I said, if you are looking for great glasses, excellent service and affordable eye-wear then Brian is your guy.
