Feel like they are pulling a scam over there. Last 2 times I went there I decided to weigh my bare copper wire before bringing it in. Today I had 4 buckets weighing a total 146 Lbs - 8 Lbs for the buckets = 138 Lbs.20 mins later on their scale it weighs 92 LbsMagic? Or a scam?I brought up the issue at the front desk. They told me my scale is off... A difference of 46 Lbs??Around 200$I weigh myself today too... 188 LbsSo according to them I only weigh 142 Lbs because my scale is off by 46 LbsIf you saw me you'd know that's impossible.They claim to calibrate their scale every month. I say, all it takes is 1 knock with the forklift to screw up their scale. That... or its being done on purpose to scam all their customers out of their hard earned scrap metal.Time before was the same story. Big difference between what my scale said compared to theirs.Guys weigh your stuff whenever possible so they can't keep pulling this scam on us.I will never go back there and will make sure any many ppl hear about this as possible.

Unlike other places you can't see the weight of what you bring in aluminum copper or brass. I see many reviews of people who weight their metal themselves and when get there way under what should be there. Funny thing is when I said forget it the guy took my pails and dumped them in their bins anyways! Is this employee a partner?????

Their scales are not only off by quite a few pounds, but they also deduct well over the weight the container from the final tally.

Do not go there . Called confirmed they were open ....spoke to a rep. Rep said open ...Rep has no clue what open means. Went there after confirming THEY WERE CLOSED. In 2020 lying to potential customers is Bad business . Making sure all my business contacts know about thier inaccuracies. Had to give one star to comment....to bad there is no way to put NEGATIVE STARS on.

Best place to recycle scrap metal. They're a little picky about what stuff they do take, but they're better organized than most other places I've heard of and they do pay well.You can bring your fridge, stove, washer, dryer and water heater and cash them in yourself or leave them on the curb and the local scrap collector will gladly cash them in.

Absolute rip offs, VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The prices are NOT like the ones they have online. They dont even ask you if its a deal they just take your stuff. Absolutely horrible experience.

The employees will steal from you and falsify your copper weight. I warn you don't ever go there. Dishonest and crooks at its finest.

Please don't tell me MY scale is off. I was weighed by my Dr and then weighed myself at home. As with the previous comments, my copper lost 30+ lbs at this location. This is the first time my copper was dumped into a large container before being weighed. Either the weight of the container is incorrect or the scale is off. As I use some of these funds to do a food run for the Dorval Community Aid Xmas baskets this a double rip.

Website is nice. But in real life they're Crooks, wrong weight. Its a sham. :(
