2 weeks ago I ordered a 16' Strongman Log from Muscle Up's online store so I would have it as a Christmas gift for one of my employees. I received an email saying that my order was being processed and heard nothing else. Fast forward to today and I receive a very short email saying that they have no logs in stock, and that they won't be getting any for a long time. That's it. A week before Christmas.I immediately called back to be informed that my credit card would not be charged, but that there was nothing they could do. They said that their supplier had none in stock and that they had just received the message themselves.The woman on the other end of the phone was apologetic, but she said there is nothing that they can do and now the present that I ordered for Christmas isn't available and I learn this 7 days before. Why was the product on their website in the first place?This is unbelievably unacceptable and I am left scratching my head and trying to figure out now where to go.Thanks, Muscle Up, much appreciated.
