Store is unorganized . Funny that there’s a Canada post office inside. The snack counter inside extended till outside. I did see lots of customers coming in for the snacks too. It’s pretty cool that you can order fresh hot jalebi. It was worth the waiting for ! I must say the coordination for the order from the inside to the kitchen outside was a bit chaotic.

Worst staff ever. They manage bearcreek laundry. I was waiting to dry my clothes after washing them. 5 or 6 dryers are broken and there were two dryers in which clothes were already dried, but people had not taken them out. So i called them and asked if there's anything they could do to help the people who are waiting for a dryer( 4 at the time). The lady answered said no

Ordered a noodle burger, got a regular burger. We called the shop and complain the employee had the guts to say, I dont know how to order, I have been going there since months. Last time I ordered 30 pieces of samosa went to pick up. They said moring staff didn’t tell them to order the samosa to pick up. Employe tells me that go complain the boss.That’s how you do customer service?

Food is Tasty, Customer service not good. Should have some one Experienced on Counter, can handle the customer, I asked for half Pound Jalebi, she Replied They can’t make half , that’s ok if they can’t, but She Laughed at me, did I ask something wrong? I felt embarrassed front of Other Customers.

Charges different prices on different days. Owner says something different and employees says something different about the price. Owner dont know how to treat clients. Customer service is a joke for them. Raising voice to prove their point is what they do.

I bought some snacks from here and seriously how you can sell expired products. I bought four kurkure packs and all have MFD: 15/04/2022 and it was clearly written that it is BEST BEFORE FOUR MONTHS FROM MANUFACTURE.

i just bought jalebi from shop and it took me 3 minutes to reach home...it was damm cold and not cooked well..i told before order please cook well done but still very poor services.

Please don’t buy any sweets from here, all are stale and made months with no taste, staff are so stubborn. They run like a store in third world country. Even chips are expired. Was sloppy place
