These guys provide excellent and dedicated service. During the install of our new dishwasher some of the old plumbing had issues and their two installers went out of their way to help us prevent flooding. The install was very prompt and curteous as well. Thank you!

We bought from them twice in this last year once for the replacement of all our kitchen appliances last spring and just bought a new washer and dryer yesterday. We were able to go to the store tell them what we were looking for, the process was quick and easy. Today they delivered our new washer and dryer. The customer service is hands down the best, I highly recommend.

Our new range was delivered and installed by Chris and Aaron today. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and how careful they were to not damage walls or doorways or floors.We are very happy with the appliances that Penticton Appliance sells as the level of service is 10/10.

Had to buy a new refrigerator asap and dealing with Penticton Appliance was great. Refrigerator was bought and delivered within a couple of hours and our broken refrigerator taken away. Chris and Aaron who delivered the refrigerator were great. Took great care in installing and were careful with our floors. They made a stressful morning, less stressful. Nice to be able to support local businesses too!

Great experience! I called in yesterday about our gas oven not working. Stewart did an initial diagnosis on the phone, gave me a ballpark quote and made a date for Norm (service guy) to drop by today. Today, after calling me to confirm timing, Norm brought the part they thought would be needed and had it repaired within about 15 minutes. He didn't even complain about the dust bunnies under the stove! The bill was below the estimate and a range of payment methods available. Very happy customers. Now, what's for dinner?

Chris is smug and impersonal and doesn’t understand what good customer service is. I bought a new washer dryer set and did not want to pay for hoses that have 100% markup on them. Instead I bought them from my plumbing wholesaler and had them ready for when they delivered. At no point did he tell me they would not hook up my appliances and I came home to find them sitting there not hooked up. I do not appreciate the poor attitude I received after the fact and the lack of communication. I would not buy from here again.

My wife and I were looking for a central vacuum and were so disappointed by the service at this store. The first person we spoke to said we needed to speak with someone else. The person who came to speak with us was so distracted and uninterested, it was shocking. He spent 5 minutes casually flipping through a manual without speaking with us. When he found what he was looking for, he showed us a little black and white picture of the wrong product. We asked if we could see the actual product and he begrudgingly went looking for one in the back. When he brought out a completely different kit than what we wanted to see, he set it down with no intention of looking further for the one we were requesting to see (with a power head). He said we'd have to speak with someone else. Meanwhile, the salesperson who supposedly knew more about central vacuums, spent half an hour with another customer while we waited for him (at least she got good service). After 30 minutes in the store, my wife and I left and went to a competing box store where they provided excellent service and we purchased our central vacuum. It turned out well for us as we're happy with our box store purchase, but we really wanted better quality and were hoping to see the one Penticton Appliance Sales carried. Not only did they miss out on a central vacuum sale, but with service like that, my wife and I both agreed that we'd not look here for a couple of major appliances that we'll be in need of before too long.
