Will never go back. I am a VIP client and went to buy Estee Lauder products one day prior the gift was available. Spent $125 on 2 products and the clerks did not think to offer me the gift one day prior. Even though they were packing them in front of me and I asked the date the offer began. They expected me to return the next day and buy more!! Neither could smile either. Worst service ever.

I love this place, person who are working there are really gentle and generous. I’m really satisfied. If I want to buy anything else, I will go there, specifically for cookies and chocolate!

It seems the staff is just waiting to retire or for the business to close. What a shame that such an emblematic retail brand has become so out of touch with customers.

The Hudson Bay that i loved shopping at does not exist. Merchandise is from designers that i do not recognize, what there is, is very unappealing. No longer a pleasant shopping experience!

To be honest, this Bay store has nothing to be worth stopping by for.I had to return an item that I ordered online, and that was the reason for my visit. Even for this reason, the process was painful. The cash that accepts the returns is upstairs, for whatever reason, and only one person was working. As you can guess, there was something wrong and sure could not process the request of the person in front of me....You can do the math...

We love buying perfumes from this store and Maryam is very nice and helps us with our selections. We have discovered wonderful fragrances for our little collections.Great service and lots of selection to choose from.Highly recommend!!!

The store manager who’s called Maria Vasco I guess, is not helpful at all. I asked her where I can find the service she didn’t show me the right way like she didn’t care at all. I asked an employee about her and they said that she’s the store manager !!! Unbelievable

I think LaBaie favors selling on line...when I visit in person ..hard to find what you want...it is all on line ...but service is nevertheless good in the store ...eager staffs to help you!!
