Purchased a digital game here for 7&9 year old girls and they don't let you keep the very basic cardboard sheet that the game is advertised on that you bring to the till (they have lots).So basically I got a paper receipt with a code to give them? Absolutely ridiculous you can't take the cardboard sheet when you spend $85 on the game.No reason at all to buy digital games here.

You guys need better staff that make your customers want to come back. Regardless if the item they were originally looking for wasn't available. I did not feel comfortable to even look around because the women that spoke to me, was very condescending with her tone.

Getting one star because I think the staff at this location are legitimately nice people that are stuck behind the most absurd corporate practices I've seen anywhere. As a company, GameStop is a negative 5.How GameStop is still around is a mystery to me, particularly when they STILL use bait and switch tactics that are designed to cause frustration. Why in the world are they displaying signage and bonus pricing offers that aren't even active, just to create an argument at the register? It's not fair to the customer and it's not fair to the staff that has to answer for it.

Staff are amazing and they almost always have what I want or need. The manager Sherry is amazing and super helpful, along with the other staff they help with any issues, questions or otherwise I have. I don't know why so many people give negative reviews about the staff. But they're perfect and I can't imagine them treating customers poorly.

Without question the best location, all due to the staff. Everyone that works at this location is amazing with customers, knowledgeable, and have integrity. The game selection is always great and varied and if they don't have something they will try and get it for you. I won't go anywhere else for my gaming and geek needs!

New staff that they have is extremely rude and disrespectful to clients, talk down to people asking about stock and likes to treat clients like they don’t know anything. I know more then the staff apparently when they argue about a games existence. Especially the new manager, have had countless issues with her and just how she treats people since she took over, especially in regards to the discounts from edge memberships and the pull and play cards, with her trying to refuse to take them even though they aren’t expired.Overall she’s just put me away from wanting to do business here and I’ll be going to another company now, highly recommend avoiding doing business here, or atleast go to the polo park location, they are much friendlier and treat people better.

I live 5 minutes away from this location, and have made the decision to no longer shop at, or support this particular Gamestop, purely as I believe my money should be spent somewhere where I as a customer can be respected.I have clashed several times over the years with the store manager over Preorders and how they are handled, the staff at the store are brilliant, and deserving of praise, but the manager seems to make up her own policies that defy being consumer friendly.Products that aren't meant to be released for several months are moved up without any warning or notice, and every time I have asked for an extension on a pick up date (as I should not be penalized, it's reasonable to not be financially prepared for a product that wasn't expected for another 2-3 months) I have been refused, or told its unlikely, which I think is a really nasty thing to do, I understand there's only so much storage space for products, but the response I have received is not a customer friendly one.Additionally I have come in on several occasions and overheard the manager discussing what sounds like a severe case of alcoholism, or atleast substance abuse of some kind, and I have heard these conversations in the presence of children in the store.I will proudly tell friends and family to steer clear of the Unicity Gamestop.
