Not only was Dave Conroy one of the only contractors to follow through on his word and call us back in a timely manner, the quoting process made easy through the use of cutting edge software and communication via telephone and email. From start to finish we were guided through the design, permitting and construction phases of our project in a respectful, professional and collaborative manner that made our vision a reality. The final product from the building team was well crafted and an exemplar of modern building practices -- one that we are excited to show to our family and friends. We will absolutely be using The Little Building Company for our next project and encourage you to do the same!

The process was straight forward, the finish product was exceptional. I am very happy with my new sauna room. Sean converted an old cold storage room under my cottage porch and into a gorgeous sauna room. My only issue is that I will now have to upgrade my basement to match its beauty. Sean and his team were excellent to deal with. Right from the start I felt he knew what to do and stayed true to his original quote (despite no expectation from my to do so). Note that this review was not prompted by The Little Building company and I rarely write reviews .... but I was compelled on this one.

Without exaggeration, buying a sauna from the Little Building Company was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. The entire process was so simple and everything came together perfectly and in rapid time. I only wish I had done it sooner. If you’re on the fence about taking the leap into the world of saunas, get off the fence and buy one from these guys. You will not regret it.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and Response of Sean and his team. I called The Little Building Company with an urgent need for help with a safety issue on my home. Sean responded to my call in less than 24 hours, listened to my concerns and provided a very reasonable estimate. Despite their workload, had his team on site the next day!! (I had a decorative beam approx 12 feet long and 60-80 pounds fall from ceiling and needed 8 more removed before they also fell!!)Hugh, Ben and Stephen were amazing- such great teamwork. They came up with an innovative, safe plan to remove the beams and executed to perfection. It was obvious that this group trusted each other - they worked like a well oiled machine! And they cleaned up after too!!Thank you Sean and team!! Looking forward to working with you on phase 2!!

The Little Building Company worked on our cottage and did an amazing job! They delivered on time, under our budget and did it with quality workmanship. They were great at communicating with us by providing updates on progress, budget and any unforeseen issues. I have dealt with a number of employees at The Little Building Company including the owner Dave Conroy and all staff were very polite and professional. They have installed 2 large docks, a beautiful deck , a balcony off our boathouse complete with stairs and landing area that ties in perfectly with our new docks. Recently we had them remove a wall inside the cottage and ran a new support beam to get that open concept in the cottage. The detail they used in tying the original log beam cottage to the new walls was fantastic. Their attention to detail and communication we us throughout the projects were second to none. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Jobs well done.
