Benoit is amazing! I called him in the morning for my dishwasher and he offered me an appointment for the afternoon of the following day, however he ended up coming the same day because he had an opening at 2pm ( he called around noon to verify if i was available), within 40 minutes of his arrival the dishwasher was ready to go!!! The whole time he was calm, polite and very professional. I highly recommend him.

M. Laplante is honest, direct and fair! Not sure what more you can ask for as he really knows his stuff. He was on time and came prepared to do what needed to be done, then off he goes to help someone else. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an applicance repair.

I called a Friday night because my dryer was not blowing hot air. With 2 kids laundry can pile up. Benoit came the next day and fixed my dryer. Very professional nice and polite highly recommended.
