Worst ever pizza store to buy food from and to work as well. The owners Hema and Amrish are the most terrible owners with whome anyone can work with. They dont pay the employees properly and once in a while they would not pay the employees if things dont go the way they want. Pizza quality is super poor. They dont use anything properly in the pizza. Poor customer service i seen many times their employee Priyesh misbehaving with customers. Hema always treats employees in the worst way possible like servants and dog. They always accuse people and employees of doing things they never did. Overall 1/10 work place, atmosphere, service and food quality. I suggest no one to work for them because at the end you wont get your money and you will treated in the worst way possible.

this establishment is absolutely disrespectful, they argue with their customers. Every time I have come here I am greeted with disgusting energy, Beginning to take an order and then stopping mid way through to converse between other coworkers & then return to close the order. They’ll argue with u if they fail to hear you correctly, and don’t cover ur order. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Now I understand first hand why my family began to choose elsewhere also.

Brutal service. Made the food incorrectly. We asked for gravy on the side of the poutine since it was travelling and we didn’t want it to be gross and soggy. They couldn’t understand then said that they count inventory on the cups and couldn’t use an extra for the gravy. So we asked to put half the amount they usually would.Got home and it was disgusting gravy soup. So rude about a simple request

I ordered 1Large pizza for delivery. I asked pizza to be welldone but when I received the pizza it was burnt. Everytime this happens. It happened to me 2times. I suggest from my personal experience grab your pizza from some other store. Don’t waste your money by visiting to this store:(

Furious with the arrogant behaviour of the person who delivered the order. He doesn’t know customer service and impatient to listen to what others are saying. I had a confusion with the payment method selected, he was not at all interested to listen to my queries and blabbering the same set of sentences. I respect that old man’s age but couldn’t agree his way of treating customer bcz i paid extra dollar sir for the delivery. Worst experience ever!!

I ordered a medium pizza from this location. I chose the delivery option and it was one of my worst scary experience.1.The delivery guy handed me the machine without setting up the card options.2. After i did my payment while walking back instead of greeting thanks he was shouting that “from next time order pickup and not delivery”.3. My card got declined and i was not aware about it. He came back and started BANGING the door really loud and continued ringing the door bell at 3:30 am in the night rather giving me a minute to walk down to open the door. All my housemates got scared hearing the banging on the door at that time. This is so unprofessional. I cannot believe someone doing that.4. Instead of explaining me the card situation he started yelling at me.I will Never Ever order a pizza from this location anymore. I will make sure i let my friends and other people out here aware about this incident.I hope someone does not have to face such a scary incident.

Your app and website sucks. For such a big company you'd think your payment processes would be seamless. Every single time I order it takes foreverrrrrrrr. Multiple 6+ tines to try and process to no avail. Today was the last time. I love your pizza, but it is not worth the stress. It should Not take 40 min to check out.
