Delta Hotels by Marriott Saguenay Conference Centre

This hotel is very outdated. My wife and I decided to leave, and they waived the cancellation fee which was nice, but they need to do some serious renovations if they want to keep a 4 star rating. The breakfast at the attached Boston Pizza was horribly overpriced for how bad it was, you would be better going somewhere else. I give 3 stars only because they waived the cancellation fee, otherwise this would be a 2. I also left so fast I never got pictures of the room.

I had a really bad experience the night I was there. I was blamed for smoking in a room and I do not even smoke. The employees where rude and the owner too. Do not blame people for doing something that they did not do!

I stayed here for two nights. Overall is a 4/5, weak spot: being outdated.Location: 5/5, close to a mall and other stores. But the most important thing is the Boston Pizza which is part of the same building. So convenient.Room: 3/5, not really clean, stale/smoke smell… I arrived late and did not ask to be changed, but I should. Also, the shower looked not so clean. The curtains were dirty. Management needs to address cleanliness.It has a good pool, and well connected with the mall and Boston pizza.Parking is included in the price.

A great hotel to travel with family! We reserved a double-bed room. To our nice surprise, we had a room with a master bed separated from the main room with a sliding door, equipped with a TV set. It’s clean and spacious. We stayed on the 2nd floor where there was a coin-paid washing machine and a microwave in the hallway. The staffs were very friendly and helpful! The pool-staff, Monsieur Michele, definitely knew how to make little kids have a splendid pool experience! Will definitely return in the future.

Recently visited on our sled trip. Excellent hotel. Great pool/hot tub. Locked area for our sleds. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the Boston Pizza on site made getting dinner easy. Will be staying here next year when we’re back sledding.

Location was convenient, and liked the fact that you need your key card to use the elevator is nice. That's about the end of good. When we checked in they undercharged us without our knowledge so when they charged us after the stay it was almost 100$ extra a room. Whenever they talked about the deposit which what they initially took was they claim Its supposed to be 50$ a night which it was more. When we initially called to book our rooms we confirmed about getting a crib only to be told after check in they didn't have one for us. When we checked out they said they would only take the deposit that we would just be refunded any extra. When I showed the receptionist the difference in the deposit even they said that's wrong. Since we checked out we've now been charged twice for the rooms and the manager had said they would deal with (call the bank to get info so our money would be refunded or taken off a hold) and call back as soon as they were done. We have yet to still receive a call from them and our deposit is still pending which is making us unable to access any of our money for another week as of right now. Will NOT be coming back here again

The poll is new and clean, the room was clean and renovated. It's not very close to anything but if you're in Saguenay you have a car anyway :)

I stayed for business trip and upon arrival I requested to check for bugs due to phobia and dust due to allergy. They stated at front desk its clean and there is not dust or bugs. There was a bug on ac in the room right when I arrived and dust on side table. Upon requesting the staff was helpful to get rid of bug. Next day I left note in room with the same request and staff had clean throughly.
