Kevin is awesome. Spent a bunch of time with me trying to figure out what was going wrong with my car and then found me an honest, reasonable mechanic who could fix it by the next day, so I could get it back before the snow. Every mechanic I had tried was booked up for at least a week. Towed the car over and charged a very reasonable price. Great guy, great service. He really seems to love what he does and helping people. Highly, highly recommend him if you need a tow.Edited to add: It's now Tuesday Dec 20, which was the day I was supposed to tow my car to the mechanic because it was the earliest I could get in to see him. If you're in Vancouver, you know the conditions on the roads right now. We got a ton of snow overnight and everything is a huge mess, which Kevin warned me about in advance. He got me in to see a mechanic a week ago which means my car's fixed and I'm tucked up safe at home, not out there. Kev really saved me.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars to Kevin and Vancity Towing I would.I found myself with a dead alternator in my ford focus on Sunday. The shop that I knew I would want to take it to was closed and I would not be able to contact them until Monday to find out when I could get in or even check first with a repair quote. I started looking around to at least see about towing, even though I didn't know exactly when. Based on the good reviews I called Vancity Towing. The owner himself answered and it was Kevin. When I explained the situation and told him where I wanted to take the car he informed me that he knew the shop and owner and that he could try calling him for me. 10 minutes later Kevin called back, had gotten a repair quote and that if I wanted, he could drop my car there to be serviced next day. Less than an hour later he was at my location. Unbelievable!! And his rate is unbelievably reasonable.I’m honestly blown away by the help that I got from Kevin. It was way above and beyond just a towing job, which was all i paid him for. This is an honest and genuine person who seems more interested in helping people than anything else. If you need a tow or any of the other services he does I give him my highest recommendation!! Thanks so much again Kevin, you relieved a lot of stress for me on that day!

Kevin arrived quickly to tow my car and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He's an honest guy who tries to help you out and he provides excellent service. Vancity Towing had the best rates and shortest wait time... Other companies told me I would need to wait a couple hours and pay at least 2 times more to get my vehicle towed. I highly recommend this towing company to anyone who needs to get their vehicle towed!

Called Kevin after I had a couple of unreasonable quotes from other towing companies. He gave a me really good quote and did not have to wait hours for him to turn up. He knew quite a few mechanics around my area and was very helpful directing me to them to get the best quote for my car.If anyone is looking to get a car towed I would 100% recommend Kevin and I personally wouldn't be using any other towing company in the Lower Mainland from now on.

Kevin was a great guy. He tried to trouble shoot my issue over the phone before coming out to tow me. He got there quickly, towed me to the shop I requested, and charged a reasonable rate. Much happier paying him than waiting an indeterminant amount of time for BCAA to show up. I’d definitely use his services again and suggest him to anyone that needs a tow!

Kevin is simply amazing; he’s helpful and trustworthy! My car broke down at the Shell gas station on Clark Drive and East 12th Avenue and within minutes he came to rescue. Hooked up my car and towed it to my car maintenance provider. I will definitely give him a call the next time I need help, although I really hope that my car does not break down again.

Called Vancity Towing today for a jump start - he showed up earlier than he said he would (keep in mind it's a holiday). He gave some good advice about how to deal with what he thought might be the problem and stuck around to make sure that everything was good before he left. HIs name and number are now in my contact list and he will be the first person I call if I ever have another car issue.
