Ok I can admit when I am wrong. My first visit here was not the best, but I get that everyone has a bad day. Well I went again for a 4 night stay and I want to apologize to them. I had a good experience. The gentleman that was cleaning the rooms and running the office was very nice and professional. My room was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom had been recently rennovated. I do not have a bad thing to say. I misjudged or was too quick to judge last time. Give this place a try.

Excellent service, excellent price on last minute booking. Very quiet. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and presentable.Not spacious in the least, but perfect for a short stay.I loved every second of my stay here and will be booking again soon!

The cold shower, odd smell, and large hole/open vent in the wall was offputting.The room seemed clean enough, though. There were clean towels. Also, it had a little fridge and microwave which was nice. TV and heat worked too. The staff were very friendly.

****BEWARE BED BUGS!!! I JUST DISCOVERED A BED BUG IN MY BED AND WILL HAVE TO REDUCE THE STAR RATINGS ON MY REVIEW. IT WAS IN ROOM 223, BUT THESE SPREAD TO ANY ROOM REALLY.PREVIOUS REVIEW: Great value. Good: clean rooms, easy access for going in and out, surprisingly comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. Bad: no windows that open so the only way to get ventilation is keeping the door open, very small room, dated carpet, door lock is a simple twist lock and could easily be compromised so it does not feel very secure leaving valuables in the room (specially as the entrance is from the outside and anyone from the street could walk in), location is on a busy road and not the greatest area.

Great Location, had problems booking a room overnight. The staff are great when you do get a hold of somebody they are pretty helpful. The wifi sucked first time I went afew years ago. Not sure if the internet is any better but I didn't mind any ways. For long term weekly to monthly stay the prices are better

They did not clean the room they gave to me. Nor did they give me a key to get back into it.Edit: currently the city has rented/leased this place out as a COVID-19 isolation space for the homeless and it is currently being managed by an organization called Impact". They outsource room cleaning to a third party business and it often seems like the staff is having to do a lot to clean up after the mistakes of said third party business."

An okay price for what you get. I stayed only one night in a single bed on the bottom floor and it was an alright stay - nothing special about the unit but nothing bad. Other tenants were nice. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. There is no ATM onsite but there are a few convenience stores in less than a 10 minute walk away from the motel.

The service was 5/5, when I went in the room it appeared to be a renovated room that was clean. After being woken up at 6:30 because of being itchy I had to find what was wrong, and I found a bed bug. Once I realized there were bugs I trapped it for the staff to see and jumped in the shower right away. The towels look white until you hold them to the in the direction of the light. It is a amazing location 4/5.

Six years ago they offered monthly rates of $716. I called last week as my rent increased nine-fold and enquired. They start at $500 plus extras WEEKLY. All these businesses gouging people since lock down is truly unconscionable.I found elsewhere more accommodating and far less greedy and dismissive.
