I am a customer of this business, the sign is always off and you think it is closed, I talk to the employees and let them know but they ignore this comment so that the owner realizes that he is leaving his business to people who do not care if they sell or not

I've been to the locations a couple of times now because I wanted to give it a chance, but let's just say I'm done doing that now.Every time I have gone in, there has been leftover food on the tables, the floors dirty with trash, the soda station is sticky, and the area around it. The machine is missing the flavours for some of the options and will give you water instead. The garbage bins are usually full and the area on the countertops is disgusting.You would think this means the place is so busy that it can't keep up with the demand... Wrong! Instead, you will find the cashier sitting behind the counter, almost hiding from the public while they play on their phone and don't even bother to get up when they hear the door open.It'd be fine if the food made up for it, at least a little, but it's nothing great and all mediocre.

The fried chicken is too salty to call this delicious. It's like their only flavor is powdered bouillon and a ton of salt.I'm not saying that this particular spot has horrible food (you just can't get customers to the building when Tim Hortons and McDonald's dominate the area), but the restaurant brand as a whole. Popeyes needs to step up on its flavors to attract more customers, and do something about its insane salty seasoning!!

Unfortunately this location never allows me to say anything good about it, used to be my go to for a quick snack after a night club but will definitely not come back. Staff behind the counter always treats you horribly even though you are just going there to receive a service from them, staff talks bad about customer in a different language thinking that the customers cannot understand them. All tables and floors are never cleaned and to be honest I have never even received a hello from any of the front counter staff. Hopefully at some point they get this fixed but for now I would not recommend this location to anyone

Place is always clean when I come. Employees are super helpful in getting what I need.I feel safe here as opposed to other locations in the city . Very modern look.My only concern is for oil here. For some reason it leaves a an odd flavor unlike the other locations.Food holds up. Solid 4 stars .

April 13, 2023, 6:20-6:50pm: I waited about 27 minutes for my chicken sandwich platter which they messed up first time making me a 3 piece platter. The two ladies in the front didn't stop chatting, giggling, and were extremely rude to customers. Plus they were not work oriented, having been on phones, laughing, and just chilling the entire time. This was the worst experience ever here, AND IM A REGULAR!!! atrocious, I wish I could go lower then 1 star...

Came in late but the food was good, crispy and greasy like you expect from fast food fried chicken. The wings weren't the best but everything else was juicy. The original was more juicy than the spicy! The spicy was less tender but still OK. Servers were sooooo quick maximum 5 minutes.

Having lived in New Orleans for over a decade, I have tried to support Popeye's even though it has been franchised. However, I do not feel the same after tonight's experience at this particular location at Dundas/Bathurst. The staff was friendly enough to explain that the bathroom was unavailable only to realize that the person coming out had just finished vomiting. Just as that had happened, the kitchen staff dropped my dinner to which I asked if it will be replaced. I stepped away momentarily when it was returned to me in a foil wrapper that was not even in a bag with a receipt. This place seems rather sketchy to say the least.
