Bulk Barn

Stay away from this place, we just found out that they rob us on 5 items an average of 100gr. One item they charged us for 170gr it was only 17gr. We wouldn't notice until we saw the bill and realized something is wrong here. We start measuring item by item and found a discrepancy in weight. Their excuse was scale is probably broken. They didn't test other scales. They lost a customer!

Shout out to the Manager (Gabe) & his staff at this location! First, for having proper signage" with respect to those who may be "exempt" from wearing a mask. Greatly appreciated seeing that

Bulk Barn is great for so many things... they have obscure healthy stuff but also lots of cool candy, and of course pantry staples. I've gone to this location for years and always had good experiences. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If it's busy and the line at the checkouts gets long they get another checkout going and the line moves fast. They tend to have good general savings coupons and deals... I love that on Sundays now for the reusable containers program you get 15% off.

Did a curbside pick up order. When I got home, I realized that i was missing 4 items out of 22, all the items were the wrong amount and the ones 2 of them had too much. I called the store to understand what happened and they said someone should have called me about the out of stock items for alternatives. The manager was apologetic and offered me a gift card to pick up on my next trip to bulk barn. When I got to the store, the phone was busy for a long time, no parking and my order was not ready when I arrived. The order was actually already late by 1 day. Due to COVID, I have limited access to a car. Some of the receipts I was planning to do I can't do because I do not have enough. While the professionnalisme from the manager and the gift card is greatly appreciated, I don't think this location has the ability to handle the large amount of curbside pick-up. They should limit how many orders they can take or have a system where people can book specific time slot. I love bulk barn but I may need to shop elsewhere until the situation improves.

I think the stores hours should be changed at this location. Most people get off work at 5 and barely have time to make it there for 6pm. I got to the door at 6:01pm and they obviously wouldn't make an expectation and turned me away. I guess il drive across the city and spend my money at the St Anne's location.

We went to buy a maraschino cherries and there was a fly in the pail mixed with the cherries! I told to the guy cashier and he just ignored me and didn’t even care..so I told to the other lady cashier and she ignored me like she didn’t hear anything. I have the photos on my phone…This happened today, August 11, 2022 between 5:10-5:30PM. So if anyone here bought the maraschino cherry, you better make sure no flies in it

Always hard to leave bulk barn without spending way more than I intended. Today I at least had the benefit of the coupons to save five bucks, so I shaved a little off my final price of about a hundred dollars. Am I the only one with this problem? :D

Amazing selection very clean and helpful employees. Samples are allowed just ask employees. Great prices lots of deals so trying out something new is easy.

The staff are awesome and very helpful. Huge variety of items.
