I bought a couple of Cabin Air filters for my vehicle, which were delivered on time and in good order. Unfortunately I didn't check the compatibility with my vehicle and they didn't fit. I then followed the return procedure and reordered the correct part number (at least that's what I thought after checking at least 4 times to make sure they were the correct ones for my vehicle as per their website), which also arrived in a timely manner. To my dismay these did not fit my vehicle either.I have since sent two emails about this issue and have not gotten a response to date. It has been almost two months since.I am extremely disappointed and will have to look elsewhere for the part I need.

Was skeptical at the beginning but after checking some reviews, I decided to bite the bullet, it also doesn't hurt that they offered free delivery and %25 off on all products! I got four bottles of power steering fluid, two brake rotors, brake pads, 1 engine filter and a bunch of other assorted parts.I was getting greedy and wanted to get two front upper control arms and a catalytic converter, but even with the prices, I wasn't sure so I skipped to do more research.Overall, great experience, Purolator delivered in two days as AsianParts advertised.I would shop there first before even going to shop at Canadian tires and even Amazon, it's now my benchmark for price comparison.

Their prices are pretty good and shipping was reasonably fast. The only issue I had was with the order I placed was for two front disk brake rotors and one rear disk brake rotor but only recieved the two front and missing the rear rotor. I sent them an email to inform them and they responded a day later asking for some info. I emailed back with the info and now nothing. Emailed again and nothing. I'm not to upset about it since the missing rotor was only 11.99 but still would be nice to if they owned up to their mistake. Overall I'm satisfied with the parts but wouldn't order from them again.Edit: they did refund me today for the rear brake disk rotor.
