Wow. Huge kudos for Blue Nile. Fantastic local company that's a mix of family, and employees that are practically family. The instant I asked for a quote, Pam was at my service and available. She was the quickest of all my quotes to reply, and she came to my house personally 3 times to make sure the quote and prep for the job was all perfect. She provided a ton of information to help me with difficulties left over from other contractors and provided me a clear quote with every thing itemized as requested. She was transparent and open with information to make me feel confident in choosing what work I wanted to proceed with or not, and was not pushy at all. I really valued her knowledge and expertise and I changed my work order based on her suggestions. I booked them for an interior paint job in a 1330 sq ft condo built in 1970. They handled all the nuances of an old building, condo board rules, parking, key transfer and elevator use like pros. I checked in with my building security manager and he said they were great contractors. The work was beautiful. They fixed every nick and hole and scratch I had in the walls and the paint looks fabulous. They finished even earlier than they had quoted and I'm so pleased with everything. Pam came again to do a walk through and make sure I was happy with all the work. I honestly couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

Pam was incredibly kind to take time out of her day to give me a call and walk me through some of the options we had available to us after we had a company do a terrible job on our interior painting. She talked to some sources to find out more information and even offered to come back to our home to take a look at the damage and how much it would cost to fix. The support she provided us with, despite having not worked with her, speaks volumes about her professionalism and generosity. Thank you so much Pam!

Had our stairwell painted and was VERY impressed with the quality of the work. They paid careful attention to detail and repaired the drywall perfectly. They finished faster than expected without compromising quality. They were easy to communicate with and were able to schedule us in quickly. Highly recommend this company/team.

I used Blue Nile Painting over the summer for interior painting on my home. I had difficulty connecting with them before the job and ended up using someone else for the exterior. They never pulled my kitchen fridge out as they said it was stuck. They had mentioned when I got the fridge out they would come and completed the painting. I managed to pull the fridge out by myself with no issues. I then contacted them and have heard nothing back to this day. When the job did get completed, I was happy to have all the wood in my home painted and fresh walls. Then I started to see little issues. There was oil paint in the back entrance that they were painting over and have come to notice now that they did not sand or treat the old oil paint. There fore now, it is scratching and the old oil paint is visible under the new white paint. To top it all off, when I had been doing yard work around my property, I discovered not one, bit two spots within my garden and cedar treed area that white paint had been dumped, disposed of. I sent picture to the rep for the company and she never did follow up. I ended up paying the company as I just wanted to be done with them. Months have gone by and it really has played on my mind. I do not want to see anyone else have to go through this for a paid service. I would not recommend Blue Nile Painting, nor will I ever use them again. I have used three different painting outfits since the summer of 2022, and hands down they were the worst.

We loved the work that Blue Nile Painting did at our home. We had wanted to replace an oak stair railing, Blue Nile sanded and repainted the railing instead to provide a fresh look that was more cost effective. Pam and the team were great to work with easy to contact, reliable, and prompt. We were pleased with the painting and clean up. Would highly recommend them

Blue Nile Painting did an excellent job of painting the interior of my condo (walls, trim and cabinets). Pam was professional and helpful in choosing the perfect colours for my walls, trim and cabinets. I also felt like my project was prioritized, even though they had other projects happening. The cost for the project was fair for the amount of work I had requested.

A big thank you to Sameh and his crew at Blue Nile Panting for the amazing transformation they did to our home. They gave our tired looking home a brand new look. Their color suggestions were right on. They were very professional, respectful, timely and a real pleasure to have working on our home. We would not hesitate to use them again if needed and highly recommend their services. They deserve a full 5*+!

My wife and I have used Blue Nile Painting on two projects, back in 2013 at our first home and more recently in February 2019 on our new home prior to moving in. The results have been phenomenal both times, with the latest project giving our home a completely transformed look. After a fair number of quotes, I'm glad I decided to go with Blue Nile Painting to do the interior of my house. They painted walls, trim, doors, handrails and ceiling and the place looks brand new! It was a big project but they were able to start quickly and finish on a deadline. Communication with the team was easy throughout the project and I was always greeted with smiles. Fantastic job done by Blue Nile Painting! I recently purchased my first condo, and wanted to have the interior painted prior to moving in. I could not be happier with the job that Blue Nile Painting did. The interior turned out beautifully, and I am yet to find a single speck of paint that is out of place. When I moved into my place, it felt like a brand new condo!I also have to say that I appreciated the service I received almost as much as the wonderful painting result. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful, really respectful of the property, and overall just friendly and pleasant to work with. (And they were super understanding of me not yet knowing how guest parking worked at the building). This experience made what was already a bit of a stressful move a whole lot less stressful.Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Blue Nile Painting and have already recommended them to friends who might need painting done in the future.
