No hot water for almost two days now , landlord are aboard and we the tenant pay the price!Gym almost never opened , sink water issue , train noise in night , low quality construction materials.Add multiple false fire alarm all at 4 am that woke up entire building to the issuesLooks like 85 Oneida also suffering false entries building alarm

Horrible building, with incredibly incompetent board of directors. The building is run so poorly! 2 years in, there were major water leaks in the parking and the main lobby. They didn't clean the parking for 2 years, and our cars would be full of dust all the time. AVOID THIS BUILDING!

Developers put management in as a wall so they don't need to fix or respond to tenants. They don't even supply adequate hot water. Even after complaints from many tenants they check the boiler and claim everything is fine. Avoid this overpriced place!!!

horrible horrible horrible management. they do not care to fix your problems. there’s a issue with the water and you will have cold water showers. my light one day started leaking water from the upstairs tenant. my washer leaked. my dishwasher broke in the first couple months. they turn off the air con to soon so in the spring and fall your condo will be so hot. the guy at the front desk is hardly there so you have to wait forever for your packages

Today is the 3rd day of Air conditioning not working in building 85, not sure if its builders fault or management incompetence, we had problems with air conditioning last summer and problems with hot water in winter.

Building seems to have defect. Water leak all the time. High maintenance fee. Don't buy here. Renting is ok, but ownership please take consideration. Look to buy nearby condos. Not this one.

This is the worst building I've ever seen, and my car was scratched in the garage and security told me there was no surveillance. The water in the bathroom never gets hot. If you want your car gets hurt here and you love cold showers, you're welcome
