Beautiful view of a rock beach and crystal clear water. Most of the hike is simple and flat, only last 100 meters is rocky. Clean restrooms at the parking location.

This is an amazing place for its relative isolation and beauty. It's a bit of a drive from Highway 6, but well worth it. The beach is similar to Boulder beach but far less crowded. This is a part of the Bruce trail and the beauty of the place is stunning. The waters are crystal clear. However the current is strong and for people who don't heed the signs end up dead. Great place to explore but keep out of the waters especially along the southern part and closer to the cliffs to the north.

Halfway Log Dump is a Long coast which has pebble beach, cliffs and rocky scenery. Able to get close access to the water but not sure if it’s able to swim, as the day we went was windy after rain. Bruce trail along the coast is pristine and wonderful to enjoy the coastline view. But remember to make a reservation for parking lot at Halfway Log Dump or Grotto, couple of days prior to your visiting day, especially if you wanna visit on weekends or holiday seasons. I’ve heard from our cottage owner that people reserve the parking lot even a month before their visits.

Great place to see. Washrooms near the beachfront. The beach starts off as rocky shores. Difficult to walk on, but eventually turns into a flatter rocky path. There's a nice place to walk in and swim. The water is frigid. Very nice views of clear water. We saw a frog and a snake. There's a tall rock you can climb up on and it's almost a look out.

Breathtaking, quiet, and lots of trails. Absolutely thrilled to have gone there on the first day of our trip! Stunning waters, very rocky (but the sound alone was worth it), and a stunning view. Make sure you purchase parking in advance! And be prepared to walk!!

2022 July 5★Oh my god you have to come here!! Seriously! This place is so beautiful and probably that's an understatement. You've got to see it for your self.About a 10 minute walk from the parking lot. Which by the way, remember to book a parking time slot.Once you've reached the entrance, it's a white rocky beach with a crystal clear water. If you turn left, you'll find layers of rock formations with turquoise clear water.Rocky. Great for pictures. Swimming is possible, but careful of the rocks. Wouldn't recommend any water vessels. One warning - mosquitoes aren't really the issue, bring something to ward off the pesky black stable flies. These stable flies look like the average fly, but they BITE!!! They will unmercifully go after your legs and ankles like no tomorrow and will suck blood.. yes, they are like the upgraded mosquitoes... Bring repellant!!

Amazing hike! Incredible views!the first km to the water is easy, we took the trail to the left for almost 3 hours, up and down cliffs, rocky, but not a difficult hike.

Nice area to visit in the area that is not as busy as Indian Head Cove, if you are looking for a quieter spot to see the beautiful Lake Huron water and rocky areas.

It is a beautiful spot. Crystal clear waters. Gorgeous place. Make sure you do the parking reservation before hand for going to Grotto else you'll not get to see the main point of attraction.
