We are ecstatic with the wonderful job Milestone did on our new shower enclosure as well as the accompanying drywalling, vanity and plumbing installations. Their staff were polite, punctual, and excellent communicators. All our questions and concerns were duly answered and sorted efficiently. We were particularly pleased with the care displayed by our installer. All-round excellent quality and finshing touches. We highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with Milestone from the minute I walked in to the showroom just before closing to the end product. Customer service was a breath of fresh air in a Covid world where customer service is a dying art. The salesperson, Jennifer was beyond expectations and not pushy at all like I experienced with other companies. Lisa, Ericka and Shakura were on top of getting the order and keeping me informed and Lisa got me scheduled quickly within her ability. There was a minor glitch with the custom cabinets, but Lisa was on top of that and remedied quickly. John was our top notch installer. He was professional, courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. The tile was sub contracted to JC Custom Cabinets or VIP contractors ( Jason owns both). I think I won the lotto with them! Thank you Jason, Brad and Ozzie. All in all we are extremely happy with our new bathroom which was a partial renovation. Purchased new cash & carry kitchen cabinets from Milestone. Great quality and ready to install.

We had our kitchen replaced. It took them two months from start to finish. We had removed our kitchen our selves. The scheduling around this the worst part of the job. If we had the guys two days in the same week it was a cause to celebrate.Called about warranty as the back splash came un adhered to the wall. The owner replied that we didn’t pay for it. We have reciept that states paid in full on our bill l. We paid it on completion. He had wanted to offer us a piece of backsplash that they missed costing on the bill if we paid the last 10% before completion. We obviously declined. In his reply he said he would repair for free and eat the $ of the fictitious bill if I would take down my review. It’s a fair review. Big Box store for me if I ever do this again. I am currently searching for a real contractor who does business in an honest manor. We are going to fix our backsplash with real subway tile not the plastic board they sold. Warranty not worth anything.

Great experience on the kitchen Reno from the start with the design, working with David, through the demo and installation with Kyle, Wally and Aaron. Very organized and coordinated with electrical as well as the countertop and backsplash installation. The new kitchen is better than expected!

I am so happy with the whole experience of working with Milestone from the initial call right through to the end product. My tub to shower conversion, new toilet and bathroom vanity are absolutely beautiful. Everybody was so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Well it's been 2 days since I came back to my renovated bathroom, and I love it! The professional treatment and knowledge of the workers, especially John, was amazing. I am so pleased with the workmanship. The response to questions posed to head office, not so good. They definitely need improvement there, but start to finish, the work and actual workers made my day!

Milestone undertook the challenge of remodeling our tiny kitchen into something better. The new configuration of our kitchen works 100 times better than the old one. We've entertained guests twice since the renovation and people are very impressed by the design and by the finishes. The cabinets are beautiful as well as functional. Our designer maximized the space so much so that the room seems to be double the size. The sink suggestions are game changers. The open shelving and tile backsplash are right on modern trends. We're feeling great about this project.There's a behind-the-scenes team as well as an on-site team. There's a level of transparency that, when we asked, we were able to benefit from. Tearing out a kitchen is the most disruptive thing a homeowner can do (so far), so knowing what's going on with supply chain and delivery helped to keep us calmer.The hard work of our installers is forever going to be part of our home. We had been considering replacing our old bathtub for a number of reasons. After receiving a flyer from them, we stopped into Milestone Bath Experts on College St. one afternoon to see what was involved. From the moment we walked in, each person we spoke with was friendly, open, and informative. We liked what we saw and heard, so we arranged to have an onsite (free) estimate.Jennifer showed up right on schedule with her laptop loaded with an amazing software package. We were able to see all of our options quickly and easily. It didn't take long to put together the package we wanted and the price was more reasonable that we were expecting.Jamie at their office arranged to have an electrician come and disconnect the old whirlpool pump and kept us posted on the progress of our order. (On the day of the installation, she even made an emergency run to our our home with something the installer needed.)Speaking of the installer, bright and early on a Monday morning, Graham arrived to remove the old tub, and install our new tub, surround, faucet, and shower. Despite having to climb our 15-step staircase over 50 times during the day, he was still cheerful and chipper as he completed the installation. It is incredible the amount he accomplished in just under 10 hours of work. We are completely delighted with the result.From start to finish, every aspect of our bathroom upgrade was performed by professional, friendly, and extremely competent members of the Milestone team.
