TRUSA TILE | TRU-STONE

Tiles at this showroom are quite affordable. They do have some nice selections.However, customer service was TERRIBLE. The person at the front desk was completely miserable and unprofessional. We had asked some very specific question about the tiles we chose. Only to find out after we had purchased that she had LIED about the details. When we placed our order, we were prompted by the Warehouse worker with the information SHE needed to place the order. It was obvious she could care less about helping any of the customers who came in.

Great prices and selectionCalled in three times and was told a different ETA for all three times. Was told a manager would call us on Monday and after we asked for when they will be in, the person on the phone didn’t know. The excuse for the second time was that there is a new employee working the phones.... if that’s the case no problem.... that employee should let the clients know she doesn’t have an ETA for those tiles since she really doesn’t know... instead she says we should have them by next week so call on Monday or Tuesday... when we called they said it would be maybe 1 month for those tiles.... your not buying fruit and just storing it to eat a later date... you are planning and scheduling for people to come work on a project with the tiles that you would pick up knowing the information you are given is correct.It’s great to have a good selection and prices but when the customer service is awful... you don’t mind paying a higher price sometimes for better services and more accurate information for what you need to get done. There are many delays in every kind of product right now due to Covid-19 but if there is no ETA then there shouldn’t be one given to the client to mislead them.Hope we get that call from a manager sometime in the near future....

I got my new house renovated with their marbles and tiles and i am highly satisfied with the quality. They have amazing collection that is pocket friendly too. Their products don't just add beauty to your place but also provides a sense of contentment with the quality. Must visit!!

This is a very good tile and stone store - great prices! Execellent service and vast selection of marble, travertine and ceramic.

I am an interior designer that works with this company - They have a really nice assortment of products, and very attentive service. They do get quite busy sometimes and the wait can be a little long but well worth it. Their wholesale prices are provided to account holders only and are much lower then any other source in the market. I send my clients in for selections and they always find beautiful products. Amazing company to deal with for sure !! keep up the good work

Nice product selections, amazing prices and friendly service - great overall experience. I have had an account with them for a long time and all my clients have been very satisfied. They do get very busy sometimes the wait time can take longer - recommend to place order in advance.

Tru-Stone has a beautiful selection of stone and porcelain tiles. Unfortunately this show room has poor lighting and they don't sell samples to take home. The customer service person there was also not very helpful. We saw a few tiles we liked but because we couldn't take samples home to see them in our natural lighting, we were not comfortable buying anything. In the end it was a waste of time. This store would be so much more successful if they sold samples.

Great service and ideas. I feel like I must have been dealing with the owner of this huge place. He understood my strange problems, solved them and supplied products all within 5 minutes. Thanks again.

I have purchased from Tru-stone/ Trusa many times. Everything from natural stone pavers or tiles, their porcelain and ceramic tiles and even there newer line of luxury SPC Vinyl flooring (perfect for basements, commercial locations and homes... water proof, scratch resistant... looks like hard wood... what more could you ask for.... Great pricing as well... Huge fan!
