A few years ago I had 9 botanical prints cut by Le Frame Shoppe for inexpensive frames since funds were limited . There was a misunderstanding with the order and the prints were cut too small . The owner promptly provided me with 9 mattes at no cost . That customer service is what brought me back to Le Frame Shoppe for my recentprojects ! Ellie has been very helpful with inspiration and competenthelp. I am more than satisfied and will use them again . Many thanks .

My project was to create matted and framed images to operate as hinged cabinet covers. Rachel worked patiently and diligently to insure the frames were perfectly suited to the room aesthetically, as well as insuring they were light enough to be supported on hinges. I had fun and enjoyed working with Rachel!

I am new in this area and I found this frame shop on Internet. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service I got. I was advised on colors, size and what would be the best frame to choose. Rachel is a very nice, friendly and professional person who knows exactly what customer needs. I also had a very limited budget and she gave me an excellent recommendation considering my situation. I felt like I came to a family member to get it done. She is not only doing her job but she cares personally and that is makes a HUGE Difference! She is willing to take an extra step to make her client happy. I framed many art and photo pictures in the past, but I definitely can say I got an outstanding service. I recommend it highly, you will not regret it!

I had a simply wonderful experience when recently dealing with Le Frame Shoppe. I was looking for a framed mirror to hang above our buffet in our dining room and at a loss for ideas and where to start. Matt, one of the owners, walked me through the process from A to Z. He took the time to look at listen to my needs, looked at pictures of my dining room and even provided me a sample board of frames to take home. In the end, he helped me choose the perfect frame for my dining room and we are thrilled with the result. I will definitely be using their services for all my framing needs in the future!
