I brought in a new motor to be laced into my existing e-bike wheel, which required all of the spokes to be removed. Needless to say I quickly realized the job was too big for me… I brought it into (Ben) the pros at Russ Hay’s, and they fixed it up for me in record time.Great Service, and even better people.Thank you.

We came to Russ Hay to look for helmets. Aaron, one of the staff, was very helpful and friendly and helped us pick the perfect helmet. He was very patient in helping us pick our perfect helmet. Weeks later, we brought in our ebike and dog trailer to ask Aaron for help with the attachment. We weren't able to loosen the nut on the rear tire. He managed to loosen the nut. He found that the trailer connector bit did not fit the bike. Although we didn't purchase the ebike and trailer from them, Aaron was still very helpful. He went out of his way and engineered something to ensure that trailer bit fit. He filed down the nut to ensure that the trailer bit fit into the rear tire. We are so grateful that Aaron was again so willing to help us with our problem. He was easy going, friendly and helpful vibe. He made it work, hence he saved the day and we were able to take our baby pups for a beautiful evening bike ride in the city. We bought bike seat cushions which made the ride more comfortable. We highly recommend this bike shop for outstanding customer service despite not even buying our bikes from them. Special mention to Aaron, the best bike doctor ever and I'm sure the other guys there are awesome too. The next time we buy another ebike and bike tune ups, it will definitely be with them. Russ hay’s is the best. Mike has helped me buy my first road bike, shoes and get setup with road pedals. Today he helped my partner get setup with her road pedals. We always come back to Russ hay’s because they have amazing service and staff that remember you when you come in!

So friendly, always willing to help, they definitely go the extra mile. This is my go-to place for anything bike related, and even if you don't know bikes well, they'll help you with anything you need!

I went into Russ Hays hoping to get a piece installed in my handle bars to allow me to be more upright on my Specialized Vedo. Aaron was the solutions guy and found and installed exactly what I needed while we chatted. Knowledgeable, efficient, kind. A 5 star experience. Thank you!

My wife wanted to try couple of the Specialized trail/mountain bikes and I had called few days ahead. Very helpful on the phone took the time to look up stock and even called me back to let me know they had the bikes on hand. When we got there Ryan and his team made sure all the bikes were setup to my wife's specs which made a world of difference. We were never rushed and Ryan made sure to answer any questions we had. And also went over the bike in detail. We ended up purchasing the Specialized Rockhopper Expert and since we didn't have our bike rack he was kind enough to offer to have one of his colleagues who lives near us bring it out to us! And to boot his colleague spent more time to go over few other details with my wife on the bike use. Fantastic service and great and extremely knowledgeable staff all around.

Russ Hays takes the best care of my metal baby. I absolutely do not treat it well and simply drop it off for a tune up a few times a year. They hand me back what feels like a brand new bike in just hours. Absolute magicians. Thank you!

Awesome friendly staff! Were wonderful pulling a massive nail out of my tire even letting me watch how they did the repair and answering my questions about prevention. Also bought a lock which I had a rare issue with a sticky key, they exchanged easy and got me set up with a new one quickly, I didn't even have to go through the lock company. Thank y'all!

This review is long overdue. I knew when I first met Mike that this was the bike shop for me. Him and Aaron always say We'll look after you" and it's the truth. I'm always looking for a reason to spend money and Aaron always talks me out of it

Fixed my e-bike when others wouldn't or couldn't. Very friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommend this shop!
