Great place! He was able to fix my laptop screen within a day. Service was cheap and high quality. So far so good! He made sure that none of my data was lost and was very knowledgeable and understanding.

My Note 5 had issues with battery not charging. I took it to several repair shops and they could not fix. They said it's issue with mother board and very hard to fix. I had almost given up, then someone referred me to IT Express. Ray is very good. He was able to retrieve my data. Thank you very much. He's also very friendly and honest with his diagnosis. I am very happy with the service and recommend it!I went to IT Express for a second time a year later on January 31, 2022. This time my phone needed a screen replacement and also it had water damage. Once again, Ray was able to diagnose a very hard to find problem that other repair places would not know how to find. He fixed the issue and replaced the screen very well. He also loaned me one of his phones for free for a few days while my phone was being repaired. That's nice. He is very good at what he does and honest with his service. Thank you :)

I would have to agree with the one star review.This phone shop rep does have an attitude about him...if its not an Iphone it feels like he doesn't want to fix.Very money hungry.I am Ok that my phone was not repaired..I took it to a shop on Spadina and it now works and only 20% data was lost.This shop would definitely need a person just to do customer service.Ray should just fix devices & assign the customer service duties to someone else.Not impressed.

Had to get my daughters IPhone X damaged screen fixed and Ray was my first call. Efficient service and a perfect job! The phone looks and feels brand new. Would highly recommend for all your service and repair needs. Thank you, Ray!

Best IT and hardware fix place ever. I have taken my cell phones and laptops to many places for service but the service that I received at IT Express with Ray, was exceptional. Ray has an amazing attitude towards his customers and he’s very efficient. I checked prices at a few stores at Pacific mall and IT Express offered me the best price to fix my laptop and call phone. I will definitely visit his store again. Thank you Ray.

Ray is a down to earth guy speaks Chinese/English and offers service to fix phone, computers and TVbox. Great customer service from in store or on WhatsApp you can message him. Keeps his word on prices and was able to help when I had an issue. Will be back again for sure next time I'm looking for upgrades.

I had the unpleasant experience of having issues with 2 laptops and 1 tablet in the past few weeks. Not wanting to create more electronic wastes, I decided to give repair a try. Ray fixed all three at reasonable costs and within promised time.
