They scartched my car when doing an oil change, not just the paint it was 4 inches deep and non replacable. id like to sue .

(Review changed from 1 > 3 because they took steps to correct their mistake)This is the second time they’ve absolutely ruined my nice wheels, both sets are powdercoated so I don’t even know how they managed to wreck the paint, don’t go here if you have nice wheels…

We were getting ready for the long drive to Florida and had a tire issue the day before. We decided it was a good idea to change the tires. Even though it was last minute they took care of this and we’re in the road the next morning. Thanks OK Tire.

OK Tire Elmira is the best in the business. I travel to see Rob and the team from out of town for all of my needs. I use them for my personal vehicles, my commercial fleet for the business I maintained, in addition to their tractor trailer fleet services. On occasion I've also used their roadside service. Top notch in every aspect. I will not go anywhere else for anything rim or tire related. Always fast and friendly service, a real know you by name" atmosphere. Workmanship was great, very appreciated having balanced tires . Had been to another dealer last year and this year of which shimmy while driving. These folks corrected this issue and nice to drive without shimmy!20 tires on a Tundra . Blessings!"
