Personal Peak Endurance Coaching
Working with Travis at Personal Peak, I've had the best and most consistent results in my races, both running and SKIMO. I am doing races I'd never previously considered and am enjoying keeping up with athletes in much younger categories. The workouts are well designed to fit in my condition, age and schedule, provided with tremendous clarity of purpose and proper execution and the check in opportunities are consistently supportive, respectively challenging and inspiring. Personal Peak Endurance Coaching
When you need to get serious or you know you need to get yourself back on track I would highly recommend Personal Peak. Wether your goals are just to run 3-5km or to get into rockin shape for a bucket list goal they will have you covered. They collect information on where you are at and where you want to be at in the future and then customize the program to you. The best part it’s not just running type activities, they also provide workout to help strengthen the area you need for your running objectives. Personally I have found personal peak coaching a great addition to all the mountain sports I do. It’s nice not having to think about what to do for running as it’s all uploaded to my watch. If I need extra help or questions and to give feedback the coaches are always available and are there to tweak and to give the needed encouragement. I have seen great results from my program and I know you will too.

Personal Peak Endurance Coaching
I’ve worked with Travis @ Personal Peak for nearly two years. In that time, he has helped me understand my heart rate and pace zones, tested my lactate threshold and VO2 max, and improve not just my running speed but also my injury resilience and overall fitness. Although the focus is on running long races faster, his perspective on all aspects of training and running support is why I continue to work with Travis and refer people to Personal Peak in a regular basis.

I have been with Personal Peak and Travis since 2018. Travis has coached me to great finishes at the Canadian Death Race, various other Ultra Marathons and a three HOUR personal best at the Lost Soul 100km race.I like the structured training plan and the accountability it gives me. Travis is very educated and uses real science in his plans. He is also able to come up with flexible running schedules that work when I need to juggle running with other areas of my life. He is always easy to approach and talk to if something comes up. I really like the heart rate based workouts and they have worked much better for me than other pace based training plans, especially for trail running. Around race time, Travis's provides invaluable experience and tips, plus a detailed race plan that is like nothing I have ever been provided with before. His race plans are amazing!!!

Personal Peak Endurance Coaching
I've been with Personal Peak for a couple years now. I've been running for a long time, but mostly winging it and grabbing programs from different places. Theirs download to your watch and tell you exactly what to do. What a game changer to have a program made for your exact fitness level and goals! I can't believe the progress I've made, which was a few mediocre half marathons before Personal Peak (I tried hard...I thought that was good!) to a Boston Qualifier and 100 miles in my last Backyard Ultra.My current coach is Candace, who is excellent and delightful, and Travis' programs are super. I will say it takes a long time to wrap your head around having to run slow a lot of the time but if you will just follow along and do the strength and prehab you will see definite improvement. I've learned a ton since I started, and I intend to always keep running with Personal Peak, partly for the motivation and accountability, and partly because it's the part of my day that I don't have to think about details and just go. It keeps it fun while I keep improving.
