Love this place! They take such great care of my African Grey parrot, Gordon.I trust them with his care.

The vet that I had taken my bunny to no longer sees small animals so they referred me to West London, I gave them a call and asked about making an appointment for my bunny since I was concerned about a possible UTI as she was peeing everywhere when she's normally potty trained. When I asked about the appointment I was told that they don't see small animals and that they'll only take them to be euthanized which crushed me, the way the person said it was very rude too. Sana unfortunately isn't taking in new clients and 4 other vets had referred me here. It is really upsetting as my bunny is slowly getting worse and I have nowhere to go to help her.Edit: I had to call them twice as well since I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes and then they hung up on me.

I'm just now able to post about this incident since it was very traumatic; this happened over a year ago now. I've been a client of Dr. Tucker's since I adopted my first rabbit (Peanut) in 2012 and have taken all of my others to him since including my four rabbits, dog, and various small animals as well as a rescue bunny or two over the years. I called West London when they opened after Peanut deteriorated overnight to the point where her battle was obviously over. The receptionist said there were no available times for a few weeks". When I insisted that Peanut would not last until that night (she was unable to stand on her own at this point) and I just needed to have her pain ended

I took my rat in to West London pet hospital today just for a wellness check because I just got him. The vet was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and you could tell he cares about animals.

Dr. Tucker is an absolute treasure. He saved my rabbit's life years ago and he handles her with such compassion and care. She trusts him more than she trusts me! A true expert. I can't say enough good things.

Dr Tucker and his staff are fantastic. Caring, friendly and funny! He’s taken great care of my two dogs for 6 years. Unfortunately his hours aren’t convenient for me anymore. That’s the only reason I felt the need to switch. He takes good care of my bird too and hopefully still will.You guys are awesome.

Very nice staff, vet was so informative and understanding. Very reasonably priced. You can tell he is in it for the animals and not just to make money. Definitely going to be a life long client. Thank you to you and your staff for helping my fid. This pic is our drive home.

We had our pet rat Cola sadly passed away after a procedure here, but the staff here was absolutely amazing. During the initial check up they were so sweet to him and spoke very nicely to him. After the procedure everyone was incredibly thoughtful and sweet. Doctor Tucker did everything thing he could to help us understand what happened, and they even sent us a sympathy card. The staff of West London Pet Hospital are some of the most caring and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They always make sure to remember each pet and their family by name, and put so much care and effort into their work.If you have rats, they are the best place to go! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my other pets.

I rate this as a one star now as they turned their backs on their clients. Used to take my guys here but they won’t take them anymore without any reason and it’s a stuggle to find a vet.Sad they turn their backs on their clients. No hearts there at all!
