Customer service is outstanding the complaint is out of season and unexpected snowfall, it is not easy to deal with.Almost Every machine in Calgary was still set up for summer work.43 cm superstorm, when no contract for any company are active is unfair to rate a 10 year happy with service to a freak storm and no patience to be able to understand that nothing was moving.Hospitals and medical centers were unable to be accessed because of the storm.So I do apologize that I was unable to get someone into a building supply warehouse. I had supplied names of potential operators that I had released the year before as well as the current crews so he could try there luck.I wish them all the best and feel that this one freak storm after 10 years of happy service did not warrant this nasty review.RespectfullyLeo GingrasOwner

Brechinridge Condos have used Gold Star for snow removal for years and we have been very happy with them. We have found them to be attentive to weather conditions and come out as needed, as well responding to our freezing rain emergency calls. The Bobcat work is very precise, the best I've seen in a Condo Complex in this area. Thank you Leo and crew! 5 Gold Stars for sure. :)

We have had Gold Star as our snow removal and lawn maintenance company for 2 years now at our condo complex in the river valley. They are far superior to our previous contractor and seem to be light years ahead of all other contractors that serve our area. Our walks and courtyard is always cleaned way before other complexes in the area and they do a great job. Always down to the pavement. Their summer lawn service is no less stellar. The guys that do the work are always professional, very respectful and seem to take a lot of pride in the service and work they do. Great company, Im sure we will be keeping them for many years to come.

Their owner, Leo, is happy to provide a quote for snow removal. They will then not provide services as requested, not show up on time, and when you ask a simple question such as How often do you remove snow" they will get impatient and cancel your service without notice. Clearly a misunderstanding
