I had this company in last Monday for a repair on my dishwasher. The gentleman was very nice and professional. However the fix" is not a fix. It's just service really and it didn't fix my machine. Also in speaking with multiple other people since then the price was absorbent. Cost me $300 for him to vacuum out my dishwasher

My technician was great! Vitaly was professional and worked hard to figue out the uncommon problems had with my dishwasher up to and including removing and inspecting the drain pump. I would highly recommend for appliance repair!

I called them in the morning and managed to get a technician the same day. Vitaly was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, and explained exactly what he was doing. The price was reasonable and overall their customer service was excellent. I would certainly use this company again.

My dryer died late at night and these guys arrived by the following afternoon. I only called them because my normal guy was looking at a week plus turn around and we do laundry nightly. Their reviews were consistently good and I was willing to give them a shot.I ended up being completely impressed with how punctual, polite, efficient, and thorough Vitaly was with my repair. He explained exactly what happened, how he was going to fix it, and how to avoid it happening again. I was also given a 45 day warranty on the repair, as well as a follow up check in via text a few days later.5 stars, will use again.

Was having a problem with our washing machine only spinning sometimes on spin cycle leaving the clothes soaking wet still so we called Express Repair to come look at it. When the repair guy came out and tested the machine one time, it went through all the cycles including the spin cycle and worked that time. He told me it was the pump that wasn’t working properly. I asked what did the pump have to do with it and he replied that the pump must have water leaking out of it a bit and that if it were to get any electrical wet it has a safety feature that would stop the rest of the cycles. I asked if maybe it was the computer in it or something and he told me no most likely not. He then said it’s 100% the pump. So my wife and I decided to have it changed. After changing the pump he ran another cycle and the spin cycle worked just the same as before he changed it. After we paid and he left my wife and I ran a load of laundry and it didn’t spin on the spin cycle which was the problem we had in the first place. We called the service guy up right after and he tried to blame it on what we were washing and the size of the load. It was less than half full with 2 kids bed sheets in it. After talking with another company about the issue over the phone we were told it could be a balancing issue but because of the age of the machine(10 years old) they would just recommend purchasing a new washer. We are very displeased with Express Repair and how they handled the situation. Wish they were honest instead of trying to sell us on something we didn’t need. Waste of $426!! I strongly do not recommend them.

On January 2, we contacted express repair London to have our dishwasher fixed. They were very responsive on proposing same day service., but also flexible as we had to reschedule our appointment to mid-week. Vitaly (service rep) was very professional and wonderful to deal with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about our brand of dishwasher and provided us additional information on personal maintenance going forward. He completed the job within an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Our dishwasher is now working like new. Thank you Vitaly. We are extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use express repair again when needed.

Extremely dissatisfied with this repair company. First visit I showed the tech a picture of the stove screen, the message had just flashed on and didn't stay on check stove wiring" I still have that picture time stamped on my phone. The tech assured me it wasn't the wiring but either the first stage computer and on the odd occasion the second stage computer. He came the first time and replaced the first stage computer. Disappointed it didn't work but he did warn me. So I gave the go ahead for the second stage computer. Both these times the tech called me
