The girl that worked behind the printing area and was recently promoted is absolutely AMAZING at her job. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to providing top notch customer service. She's helped me with numerous projects and gives great insight. I'm so appreciative of her help. I've heard her with other customers and she handles every inquiry with ease. You can tell that there is a very positive company culture. The best staples location hands down.

I needed to write this review because I had an urgent matter where I needed a mountain of things printed in a short period of time. The girl explained they had a back log and it wouldn't be able to be completed for a few days. After explaining (and a little begging), this girl worked thru her break to make sure I met MY deadline. She was so professional and SO courteous. She absolutely deserves a raise. And I will be bringing my business to this location from now on because of her! Ask for Skye!!!

West end store was out of stock of label printer. They found at st. Albert location. They called over to get verification and put on hold under my name. I showed up and they found hold ticket but when they search shelves, there was no units at this location. The manager stood in front of me with blank expression and said there is none here. I asked him what was his customer service solution to this problem.. he continued his blank stare, then said he can't do anything. So yeah, lousy service and management at this location.. I found it 10 minutes later at Canadian Tire 5 minutes away. Moral of the story: go to Canadian Tire instead of Staples...

I bought an office chair New in the box as a Xmas present for my daughter. Come Christmas Day, as I’m assembling it, I notice the the chair has been heavily used to the point the leather armrests are cracked, there are scuff marks and tears in the other leather - yet it was wrapped in ‘New’ packaging!! My daughter was So Disappointed!!UPDATE: I returned it, explained what happened and they were good about it, apologized and refunded my money and worked with me to find a replacement.

I went in to order copies of funeral cards and bookmarks they had to make 100 of each, in 4 days. They said 6pm on the 4th day it would be ready, I went in around 3 because I was driving by anyways, could see my order on the shelf they said no they aren't ready come back at 6. That was fine I went back at 6 they are not ready yet, I stood around for 2 hours, my order wasn't complete until 8pm. Not impressed with the service at all.

A great brick & mortor store but....Over priced product lines spell their demise, I suspect they will close their doors in less than 24 months time at present rate of being unable to compete.

Used their pro printing services to get some blueprints for estimates. They never sent a confirmation to pick up, I went in over 20 days later and was told sorry computer system glitch

Will think twice before ordering online for a delivery to this store.Three phone calls, and two trips of 50 km. each.Most employees here are unable to find product or even the paperwork.Also the disorder and long wait times were disgusting.Will probably use the St. Albert store in future even tho it's a longer travel.
