They are professional, customer oriented, accommodating and punctual. Would highly recommend. There's free wifi, charging ports and washrooms on the coach as well.

Needed to change my ticket because I wanted to add my bike to bring with me. I lost the entire $80 I paid for my ticket, $0 would be refunded, and they wanted another $140 to basically add myBike and change the day. I've already been stranded in Calgary for 4 weeks. Now it seems like I will never get home. I'll ride with another company from now on.

On Saturday, July 24, 2022, I left from Winnipeg at 23:30 hrs and traveled back home to Calgary, AB the next day. I went from Winnipeg to Regina, practically sleeping through the stops in Portage LA Prairie and Brandon than arriving in Regina at 4 am on Sunday. Than rode up to Saskatoon through to Loydminster and to Edmonton then down to Calgary at Westbrook Mall at 21:30 pm the next day Sunday, July 25, 2022. The picture submitted was in Edmonton on Sunday July 25 at 17:15 to 17:30.

Never will I use this company. I observed an individual who was stranded in Calgary for a long time and they did not to anything to help this young man and his bike make it home. They created a case of homelessness instead of finding a solution.

Honestly, this service saved my Christmas. After flight delays, I opted to use Rider Express. Drivers were amazing through the harshest winter weather. Reception was kind when I missed the first bus due to taxi mishap. Wifi was fantastic on the bus even though the Rockies. They left promptly from the pick up point. Don't be late or you'll miss it
