Image's staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely flexible!I've been developing a set of custom controllers that I hand wire and build for use with the Smash Bros game series, and through sheer luck discovered that direct to acrylic printing was possible. Through months of planning on my part, I was able to approach Image with the concept of doing art prints for acrylic controllers.Image had never before worked on something like this, and through discussing the concept with them over the course of weeks to figure out the process (especially considering I'd never had custom printing done before), they were able to work with me and my laser cutting shop to create this incredible prototype!
