Chilly Dogs

Purchased the Soaker Robe for my 13 yr old Standard Schnauzer because he minds the heat. He doesn’t like wearing jackets but enjoys this Soaker Robe. It keeps him cool when we go on walks or if he’s just hanging out in the backyard. The fit is perfect and stays cool and damp on hot days.

I ordered a rain jacket for my dog. The company recognized that our measurements were probably off and contacted us to suggest another size. The jacket arrived the next day and fits perfectly. It is clear that it is high quality and well made. I am very happy with both the customer service and product.

AMAZING! We were unsure about sizing for our little Cirneco, but even on a weekend Chilly Dogs jumped to the rescue! We received our order just a couple days later, and both the Chilly Sweater & Harbour Slicker fit little Touka perfectly! After shopping around for cold weather coats for our Weimaraners, we chose Chilly Dogs. Why? The elegant look, the good workmanship and the ease at ordering. We had questions on sizing and even though it was after hours, Alexa was so accommodating and answered all our questions. Since they were out of one of the colors, they were able to send the first coat out and the second one later. The products did not disappoint. For the price, you expect a superior product and Chilly Dogs are just that!Thanks for making our shopping experience a breeze. Love these jackets! I have two of them, the Rain Slicker and the Great White North. Both are of amazing quality, and I get asked often about them while out on walks. The sizing initially was a little bit tricky, but customer service was great and these jackets will last a long time! What a wonderful Canadian company.

I've never found clothing that fits my weirdly-shaped American Bully, and Chilly Dogs not only has the biggest selection of sizes I've ever seen but just spent 15min on the phone with me reviewing my order and asking me questions to make sure they got it right. I can’t say enough lovely things about the folks at Chilly Dogs!First, they have an amazing locally made product which enables my Jamaican Potcake to enjoy winter in Ottawa.Secondly they have the patience of saints with sizing questions and general customer service. For example, I was looking for patching advice on a torn coat due to an intense wrestling session, they offered step by step instructions and extra material.

I bought Chilly Sweater and Rain Coat for my dog and those fit great on him. Very easy to put on.I was a little worried about buying dog clothes online but the customer service helped me a lot in sizing and even corrected my order to the right size when they noticed my choice was a bit off.Great quality, very functional and truly Canadian.
