I came as a walk in and they took me in. They washed, cut, and blow dried my hair.The customer service skills were amazing. The lady named Zara was so kind and entertained my daughter while I got my hair done.My hairstylists name was Nikki, and she was impeccable. She did a fabulous job and was so patient throughout the whole time.I will definitely be going again!

I got my haircut for the first time at Zara Spa and Hair Studio. Nikki did my haircut exactly how I wanted it. She is extremely patient and super friendly!! I’ll definitely be coming here again.

amazing experience! ask for nikki for a haircut she did an amazing job. especially going for the first time to get a haircut i didn't know what to ask for, all i said was don't go shorter than specific length and give me layers. she blew my mind it looked amazing. I did book for a wash and cut and it cost me $50 which i thought was a little more expensive. but otherwise service was amazing.

Haven’t had a haircut in 3 years! Went to this salon and was assisted by Nikki, she was so helpful and knows what shes doing. She took her time to cut my hair as per my request and is very friendly. I will definitely recommend this salon, very good price for high quality service!

They definitely exceeded my expectations at Zara's. I got layers with curtain bangs and it turned out so well. It was my first time going here and I was nervous at first but the hairstylist, Nikki, was so friendly that I ended up enjoying the process as much as the result, 10/10 customer service no doubt. She even shampooed my hair and never in my life has my hair felt so soft and silky, my hair's usually not in the best condition so I felt like those girls from shampoo ads. Personally, I'm definitely going there again and I would no doubt recommend it to others who're looking for a good haircut.

I had a very nice experience. The staff is very warm and friendly. Special shout out to Nikki she is super sweet, super cute and did my hair color so well. Gave the right recommendation and made my hair look amazing, exactly how I wanted. Would definitely recommend visiting and asking for Nikki, she knows hair stuff very well :)

I usually go to another eyebrow threading lady but I cannot always drive to her when I am working non-stop. So I went to Zara's which is in the Thorncliffe food plaza with Popeyes and the Chinese food I love! Anyways I was a walk-in without an appointment and requiring urgent service as I had a flight to Washington the next day. They accommodated me gracefully!!! I only had to wait 15-minutes so they let me take a work call, and called me when it was my turn. The best part is my eyebrows look fantastic!!! The shape is really sexy <3 Usually I do not thin my eyebrows too much- Zara , the owner is really talented and kind--- my eyebrows have an Indian movie star shape and I just love it!!!!!!! BRAVO!!! :) I think she has a really good vision of what shapes look good on people's faces and super symmetrical! I love it! She also saved my tails <3

I will go nowhere else for my waxing, threading and now, facials. After years of going to Zara's for all my waxing and threading needs, I decided to try a facial. I loved it. So relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing.I'm so grateful that I happened upon Zara's when she was in the Queen Street location. It was a great experience from the beginning. Incredibly kind and friendly staff and Zara is so sweet. You can tell the staff respect and love her. I followed her to Overlea and having been dissatisfied with more local places, decided it is worth coming from Markham for such good and reasonably priced services.Highly, highly recommend!
