Windsor Transit Terminal

The female bus driver (brunette) (usually it's a bad blonde short hair Karen that yells at people to get to the back of the bus, and missing a billion stops and slams the brake and gas continuously). This time it was the brunette one that does the same. She'll full on have a screaming argument with passengers. And Thursday at 2:10 pm the 1C closed the door on me so I got stuck in the door and she started driving, I had to wriggle into the bus, no apologies, not even an acknowledgement to me at all whatsoever. But man if you stop near the back door she will scream at everyone to get in the back. I absolutely HATE/ ABHOR Windsor Transit. This is the worst in Canada. Edmonton had the friendliest most respectful and understanding employees. pps they didn't care which door you left out of either, this town scolds people hard even when absolutely NO ONE is entering they scream at people BACK DOOR!!! A TIP for all you angry rude drivers, you CAN move/ find a new job, if you're that miserable and customer service is not for you..keep looking, there are nicer jobs.

Text the stop ID, says 25-30 minutes. Text it again 12 minutes later and it says 2-5. Run to the bus stop and then for the next 10 minutes of me texting the stop ID to see where the bus is it says 2-5 minutes. Busses do this all the time, especially on weekends where the bus will just show up whenever it wants regardless of scheudal

Bus serive dougall 6 is very poor and drivers do not have manners how to talk with passanger i hope u guys do something with this problem

I want to rate them zero bus i sechduled at 12.28 but 5 no bus which goes to dominion i was at 12.20 on bus terminal bus was on front me but lady bus driver say no and leave the station it is not of single time bus is sechduled at different time but leaves leaves at different time

There needs to be more buses for the Dominion 5. Buses are passing students because they are full supposedly. Bus drivers need to tell passengers to go to the back of the bus so that students waiting can get on so that they wont be late for class!!!!!!!

System is very limited, is unbelievable that they put a electronic paying system , but you can only refill your transit card at the station , instead that online or an app. Drivers are often rude and with poor costumer service training , buses aren't never on time, and I can continue with the list of deficiency and professionalism Windsor Transit have, but is anyone listen or reading this ? It will someone will take action ? Most likely not ... At least they are aware....

Alot of drivers are impatient and rude to those with disabilities and the bosses themselves are never on time.... their needs to be more busted and less money spent on ripping up Tecumseh road every spring... do the job right and then use the money to better our transportation system

They need to be better with their schedule. Many buses never on schedule I shouldn’t be late for work due to lack of buses. Many people work in the area they should have a bus available every 10 to 15 minutes but that’s not the case! 1C and 2 are never on time!

I think this is the main bus station of the Windsor. Greyhound is coming here only.
