Avoid this lender, took out a loan for 500$ for an emergency and looked over my contract and everything seemed good, I received details on my payment dates and showed that they are taking the payments one day before I get my paycheck deposited, usually most loan company would do it the day after you get paid, when I called they advised me that those are the rules from the lender, and thay if you don't have the funds in your account you get charged a fee, theybsay were here to help, more like we are here to screw you even worse, lesson learned and will never recommend this place.

The took an extra .50 cent on every payment and a took an extra payment at the end of my contract, they won't acknowledge my email and I will file with consumer Protection since I was smart enough to keep the copy of my contract.

False hope big waste of time ridiculous

I was able to get a 500$ once from them however when I tried to renew my loan they gave me a hard time about my address since I just moved. They refused to give me another loan since I didn't have proper proof of address (I gave them my Internet bill and was willing to give my lease). I told them this wasn't an issue for the first time, to which they told me did you send ID with your address?" I said yes however the address on my ID and the contract they sent me was different since I moved recently. That wasn't a problem then however now it seems to be a problem. Very inconsistent service and policies. Would not recommend if you're looking to get a loan."

Practically everyone in Canada wants to lend me money and many have, but I could never get a loan or an explanation out of these people. They just leave you hanging. Don't be fooled by slick glossy websites. Stick to the bigger companies, or the banks & credit unions if you can.

Very poor experience. Applied online, sent in the requires documents and waited. And waited.2 weeks later I call and am curtly told your request was refused". No explanation

I did my request at 6:00pm and send my documents 6:46pm on Monday, they send me ibv I received on my phone at 8:55am and did it right away, they told me they didn't received when I called at 12:55pm and they send me ibv again through email I did right away again and I was told I will receive tomorrow evening after 6pm, it takes 48hrs? wow! I knew it was their fault when they didn't receive the ibv? and I ask them if they can send it emt....no response........avoiding calls

terrible company dont try and use them. dont believe the good reviews. seriously save yourself....

Absolutely horrible experience so far. I’ve been waiting for my funds for almost 2 days now. They say it’s same day deposit but forget to mention as long as the process is completed before 1pm EST. If not you’re waiting until 6-12pm the next day. Which is after they’re closed? I’ve got 1 hour 45 minutes more until midnight PST then they’re over the time they told me would be maximum wait for deposit.I applied because I need emergency funds. Nearly 2 days waiting it’s completely ridiculous.
