Phone line seems to be always busy. When it rings, it won't be picked up and there's no voice-mail function....very frustrating....

Dr. Leung is very efficient, she took her time to examine my situation and prescribe treatments based on her recommendation. Two weeks after I felt so relieved everything was back to normal. Also Mona the dietitian went above and beyond to help me and made sure I was well taken care of.

I was a patient a few years back. I used to overlook the crazy secretary bec dr.leung is good at what she does. But that changed very quickly. Phone lines busy and you can never reach anyone. VERY VERY incompetent and aggressive secretary - she doesn’t understand anything you are saying and defends that by being rude. Difficult to reach the doctor because the secretary plays the role of guard dog. When you can finally reach the doctor she can become passive aggressive and hilariously brief. One phone call lasted about 3 seconds - no exaggeration. I am sure that dr.leung is very good at her job, but if she cannot provide care, then it doesn’t matter.
