Our tire went flat on the highway and Roy sent a tow within 30 minutes, dropped us off at a restaurant while they fixed the tire, and charged us a very reasonable rate! Much cheaper than we were expecting! Thanks guys!

Great Service.. slipped in a ditch after the snow plow made it look wider than it was. Roy did a great job and got me going in no time. And less then expected.

Got stuck in the snow recently and Roy's towing arrived in exactly the time he quoted and we paid the price quoted. Fast, professional, friendly. Would definitely recommend he knew what he was doing and had us unstuck and back to safety in no time.

Today I locked my keys in my car with my toddler in it. Obviously this was an emergency situation and Roy’s towing came within 5-8 mins of the call. He was quick, efficient and friendly ! We will definitely be using them again ! Thanks so much for making our day better !

Roy was quick to my rescue when my van overheard on the highway. I ran into more trouble finding a mechanic to check my van out, but given the season, I was looking at 1-2 weeks for service. Roy hooked me up with great mechanics that were able to fit me into their very busy schedule. Very happy with all the help with a very frustrating situation. Thanks, Roy.

I've never felt the urge to write a review, but I thought I'd share my experience.Roy's Towing has an interesting arrangement with the plaza on 16E Mills Street where they tow cars within ~25 minutes of being parked there.Roy will only accept e-transfer or cash. He then blocks your number so you can't contact him for a receipt.I had to file a police report to get a receipt. The Constable mentioned they have dealt with Roys towing in the past. Elora is such a great little town, it's too bad that they are trying to take advantage of tourists who help support it.

Roy’s towing picked up my car very quickly and had it fixed and ready to go within an hour! I am not from the area, so it was stressful thinking of how I was going to get home. Roy and his team made sure I got home in my own car. I would use them again if needed.

I had an incident on a bridge that nearly totaled my vehicle. Roy was great in helping me take all necessary pictures and information, making sure I followed proper procedure at the police reporting center and was a great conversation while he drove me all the way from Belwood to Cambridge. Would highly recommend, he went above and beyond for me today.
