La couturière du haut à pris 3 semaines pour recoudre ma robe de prom et c'est toujours un désastre. Elle a saboté ma robe et j'ai maintenant 1 semaine pour arranger ça.The Needlewoman upstairs took 3 weeks to adjust my prom dress and it is a disaster. My dress is now too tight and i have a week to repair it.

Incredible service, we had a family wedding and my wife needed to have her dress adjusted as quickly as possible. I needed to adjust a pair of pants and have them washed and pressed. I am glad we landed at the door of this incredible team of people. They had everything prepared for us in a matter of two days. The staff was super positive, and they had no objections to any of our requests. I wish people were so positive about their work everywhere else. My two kids even had free Popsicle twice! Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

I cant say that I've had a bad experience, its just basic cleaning. No alterations or tailoring. My clothes always come back clean and the pricing is reasonable. The staff stayed late once when I was stuck in traffic and couldn't make it by closing time which was super nice.

Always good service for dry cleaning. Also, have had many different items of clothing altered and had no problems. Everything was always very well done and I was very satisfied. They always tell you in advance how much the alterations will cost so there are no surprises.

Did a good job on some of my clothes but charged me for something she never ended up fixing. Also, she criticized what I brought to her asking why I buy things that are too big for me & other rude nonsense that should not be said to customers if they're paying you to do a job.

Cleaner staff are always nice. They do a good job.I tried alterations once for a patch on my kids snow pants and she did a great job.
