On Jan 11th 2022 my drive shaft broke just two miles before the border with Montana state so I called these guys and explained the issues so he did ask me to send him a pictures which I did and then he says that we are gonna bring all parts from the shop and be right there to fix you up so I said ok. Then it took 6 hours for his mechanic to show up and he said that ohhh you need a study burring which I don’t have so I need to Waite until the following day which is Jan 12th noon time so I said well, we have another truck who’s coming from Calgary and he can get us the parts missing so you can install it immediately instead of waiting the whole night and we will pay you the overtime so he refused and he took the drive shaft with him home and left the scene withought notice so no one else can fix us and forced us to stay in the middle of the road for no reasons. My boss and I did call him a several time to give us the drive shaft ans he refused and hanged up the phone on us and he was so rude on the phone and I contacted another mechanic who was ready to fix us immediately last night but the problem was the drive shaft isn’t here because of this poor and rude guy who’s a boss at BORDER HEAVY DUTY and then he charged us too much money this morning so we can get our part back. Am writing this message from the scene and I never in my life saw a very rude mechanic like this poor company. I’ll make sure my self to spread this story around all Alberta province so no one can use them at all. Very bad service and super rude people and strongly NOT RECOMMEND and all what I can say to him is Therese a karma

Tom at Border Heavy Duty went over and above the call of duty right from diagnostics to repair. No one likest to be broke down on the side of the highway but if it had to happen, we’re thankful it happened near Milk River! Thanks Tom and Darren.

On Jan 11th the drive shaft broke only two mile before the border with my drivers, in Montana. They called this nonprofessional mechanic shop, they explained the issue, and then sent them pictures as they asked, then they said “you’re going to bring the parts, and we’ll be there to fix you up”.Firstly it took them 6 hours to show up, then that poor guys who came said “ohhh you need a study burring” which obviously we don’t have on us! And so my drivers will have to wait untill the next day’s noon -Jan 12th-.My driver told him that there’s another truck coming from Calgary and he can get us the parts you need so you can fix us up tonight instead of waiting all night long and surely we’re ready to pay you the overtime. He refused for no reasons and no expectations!Suddenly he leaves the scene with saying nothing, as if what happened wasn’t enough he also took the drive shaft with him “stole it” as a result my drivers were forced to stay on the road and no other mechanic can fix them up!My drivers and I tried sevral times to reach him, when finally he answered the phone, he refused to bring us the drive shaft back and hanged up the phone!!Unfortunately he spoke so rudely!I called his boss Jan 12th in the evening to explain what happened, he asked me to recall him in the morning. So today’s morning I called him, explained what happend with his guy, I was crossing fingers and hoping he’s a good guy, but same story!He -the boos- was worse than his guys, he didn’t at least say I’m sorry for what happened!!!We are as a company 15 years hwy drivers and thanksgiving to GOD we had never met as rude as these guys are!!Awful service, and the rudest people I’ve ever known!BORDER HEAVY DUTY, MILK RIVER!! Is strongly NOT RECOMMENDED!
