We couldn't be happier with Creative Stone Solutions! Contracted through Bercum Builders and Hannah Katey Interior Design, they installed a beautiful piece of quartz counter in our physiotherapy clinic. The owner Dave went above and beyond coming back on a holiday Monday to fix a measurement problem that was 100% our fault, not theirs. Very knowledgeable, so personable and great quality work. Would highly recommend their services!

We are so very pleased with our kitchen countertops. CJ was excellent in helping to choose a stone, and Dave went above and beyond with the demo of the old countertops and installation of our new counters. I would highly recommend Creative Stone Solutions.

Dave installed a granite kitchen countertop 2 years ago and was very accommodating with changes in install date due to other trades delaying progress. He and his team did a fantastic job with service and delivery. Prices were reasonable. Two years later i contacted Dave to help fix a chip repair that recently occurred. We're the worst type of customer - picky *and* thrifty. So when we approached Dave and Doreen at Creative Stone Solutions, we wanted everything - durability, beauty, exceptional service, and the best bang for the buck. In Dave and Doreen, we found all of the above.They helped us find the perfect stone for our situation and budget, and they cut it and installed it in an exceptionally fast time frame - not easy considering my constant nagging and the fact that we're all the way down here in Penticton.There were a couple of minor issues along the way that Dave handled magnificently. The first was a tiny chip at the rear of the counter, in a spot where no one would even see it. Nevertheless, Dave came by and repaired it without hesitation.The second issue was a bit more complex. Somehow during the installation process, a scratch appeared on our new glass stovetop. After minimal discussion, they reduced our bill by an appropriate amount. Didn't have to fight them about it one bit.Needless to say, we were pleased with our experience from start to finish. And today, several months later, we're still in love with the countertop.I'd recommended Dave and Doreen to anyone - particularly those who, like me, tend to over-research practically everything.

The office staff were very quick to answer emails and telephone calls, and were very knowledgeable regarding availability, colours and price points. The Installation staff went above and beyond to not only instal the counters, but help install our dishwasher panel and go out of their way to colour match the necessary supplies needed. We would highly recommend them for your next project.

Creative Stone Solutions were awesome to deal with. The first time we went to their business Doreen was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail including showing us a mock layup. Dave and Doreen explained pros and cons of different sinks and also explained how the granite would be cut to keep the pattern flowing in the same direction. The communication and promptness were excellent -Dave kept his appointment times and explained every question asked. I never felt rushed or brushed aside. Dave was very professional and took care with every detail as if it were his home. I LOVE my granite countertop!!
